Completely Dishonest Company
Ordered hot dry sausage. Received mild wet sausage. Fortuna representatives refusing to accept return or refund claiming I ordered the wrong product. The product description on my order clearly says HOT. Bad customer service to say the least. Out almost $40 with this disgusting slimy greasy meat that nobody in my household will eat.

Not bad.
Not as dry as exoected. Hard to peal casing it rips apart . Not bad over all.

Not enough heat.
I am amending my original review. After eating more of this sausage the more I truly enjoy it. Texture and quality is really good. Enjoy the flavor, but still would appreciate more spice and heat. I will however buy this again.
