Boska Holland Taste Collection Rosewood Handle Cheese Grater for Semi Hard to Very Hard Cheese

I first saw this little cheese grater at my daughters and had to order one. She had found hers in the Netherlands so I was excited to find it on Amazon. It can be used to slice cheese for sandwiches or snacking and can grate cheese to.

Easy to use, but works best with hard cheeses. Grate is fine. Easy to cleanNot a good fit for large projects.

I had this same tool which I picked up in Holland years back. Same tool, different name. Such an easy grab for most cheeses. I get sick of slicing, so this is just fun and easy. I may have to get a bunch more for gifts.

It appears to do the same job (which is very good) that any other microplane I have, but worth the money.

I didn't care for this grater. I didn't think it worked that well and I hated that it had to be hand-washed. When I returned the grater, I was charged a restocking fee. I'm quite unhappy. This isn't my usual Amazon experience.

I ordered a Boska cheese plane from another seller and it was perfect. I thought this would be a great addition. When I received it, it has what looks like as the onset of rust on the front. On the back, there was a scratch (that could easily become a place for fust and bacteria to collect as well as a scrape mark near the handle. I will never reorder from this sell again.
