Excellent product

Tastes good but bit concerned if it is true Ceylon as in the package it says country of origin as Sri Lanka / Indonesia

This is really great quality cinnamon. I'm no spice snob but you can taste the difference when it's good quality because the cinnamon has a sweeter aroma and cleaner flavour to it whereas low quality cinnamon smells and taste very spicy and adds too much heat to dishes. I had a couple of half-used spice jars in the cupboard and binned them straight away after opening this bag and realising what a difference there was and it's made a difference to my cooking. I got the 500g so it's a really big bag and good value for money compared to what you pay for little jars from the supermarket; the one I received had an expiration date 18 months away, probably still not enough time to use it up but I'm going to try...
