Add me to the list...
I've had a Sonicare for about 12 years, and I've always (until now) used the standard OEM Sonicare brush heads. They've been fine, but due to the high cost, I'm always tempted to use them for a lot longer than you are supposed to. Lately I've been getting my e-series heads at Costco, which brings the cost down considerably. However, this time around I'd recently become aware of aftermarket Sonicare heads, which I decided to try since we are quite a way from the Costco, and we didn't have a trip there immediately planned.I decided on the "ultra soft" replacement brush heads from Sonimart, and WOW, these are great! There is no question that I prefer the feel of these heads to the original. As for quality...they look to me as if they were made on the same equipment as the original brushes. The only negative is that they seem a bit louder, to me. More "vibration" sound, and tightening the threads doesn't seem to quiet it down as much as the original brushes. Anyway, when you can get a multi-pack at Costco with coupon, they are about the same price as these. However, I'm sold on the better feel of these softer brushes, so this is what I'm getting from now on, even if it isn't a ton cheaper.Update 12/2015: I've removed one star, because my first Sonimart head has died after right around 5 weeks of use (I average brushing my teeth twice a day). Suddenly...basically overnight...it just got a lot weaker. And, then within a couple more days is basically so weak that it makes noise (albeit much more quietly) but I am forced to manually brush with my now non-sonic Sonicare. The head basically appears intact...nothing is broken...it just doesn't work any more. I have more of these, so I'm hoping that this is simply one bad head (although in my previous 12 years I've never had a name-brand head go bad, nor have I ever gotten less than 5-6 months out of a head...). If this happens again, I'll drastically cut my rating, as 5 weeks life is not acceptable.Update 4/2016: I've been using my second Sonimart head for about 3 1/2 months now, and it is still working just fine. I have also noticed that this one is quieter than my first one, so I figure I must have just had a bad one the first time. My bristles are just starting to get to the point where I'm going to want to replace the head...probably around the 4 month mark. I find this completely reasonable, as these bristles are quite a bit softer than "stock", so it makes sense that they might wear out slightly faster. Also, for disclosure, I brush my teeth more than most people (as I'm in a customer service job and I insist on eating onions for lunch)...probably 3 to 4 times per day...so yours may last longer. Finally, I had occasion to use a "regular bristle" (ie not soft) toothbrush recently, and I'd forgotten how stiff and rough those are compared to my silky smooth soft bristles on my Sonimart head. It felt like I was brushing my teeth with a wire brush. Now i'm sure I'm never going back!Final update: I just changed my head today...it is almost exactly 5 months to the day that I started using this one. It worked fine the entire time. I could have kept using it, the bristles were acceptable. Mainly, I just wanted a new brush head, and for ~$7 every 5 months, that's very affordable.

OEM Quality Soft Bristle Replacement Heads
Softer than what Philips offers for their regular replacement. No strange noises, feels like an OEM replacement in therms of quality. For people with gum disease or recession - go with these. I've used the first head for a few weeks and the bristles still feel nice and soft. Also included is an extra plastic bristle-head cover for each head. I have heard that Philips makes a replacement with softer bristles, but it's not worth the extra 30-50% in price. I can't imagine it's much better, if at all. On a budget? Go with these. Bill gates? Give the OEM soft replacements a try. Thanks!

So far I am not disappointed. The heads look and feel just like Sonicare ...
I've used my Sonicare for several years and I was getting a little tired of paying so much for the brush heads. I thought I'd give a 3rd party replacement a try. So far I am not disappointed. The heads look and feel just like Sonicare originals. Other review state these are a little louder than the originals, and they are, but not enough for me to complain. For half the price I like these and will continue to use them in the future.

Inconsistent quality
I've bought these twice and am now trying the SoniShare instead. The first two were great and deserve 5 stars. They were soft and quiet, and lasted as long as the OEM replacements. However, the second pair both broke prematurely. The first when I put one of those silicon covers on, the second after just a few weeks of normal use.Right now I'm trying out the SoniShare brand and while they have stiffer bristles than the SoniMart Sensitive, it's doing a good job. They are all a bit, not much, noisier than the Sonicare replacements, but at half the price it's not an issue.UPDATE 8/8/2016: I received a call from a customer representative a couple of weeks ago offering a free replacement, and apologizing for my last order. I'm giving them another star for customer service and will update again when I use the replacements.

Exceptional Customer Service!!
These brush heads are a good replacement for the original sonicare heads although a bit noisier. That being said, the customer service here is exceptional. After writing them to let them know I was a bit disappointed in the noise, I received an email showing their concern. I called them back and they offered to send me a free set of standard heads because they had eliminated this problem with those but are working on the sensitive head noisiness still. It was a great offer and the ones I had worked fine so I almost felt guilty taking it but glad I did. He was right. The STANDARD heads are quieter. The sensitive ones are still good--just a bit noisier. And it turns out I don't need the sensitive ones. But kudos for their customer service. I probably wouldn't have gotten that offer from Phillips!

Broke after only one month. UPDATED
When I first started using the product I was thrilled. It seemed like a perfect fit and was a much softer bristle design than what I had used previously. Unfortunately only one month of use and I heard a snap while brushing my teeth. While investigating I found that metal band that vibrates the head had snapped. I am hoping it was just a freak thing, but in years of use with the original designs I have never had this happen. I am onto my second replacement head. I'm really hoping to get more than one month use out of it or I'm afraid and cost savings is gone.update: The company contacted me to refund me for my first broken product and replaced with a new set. I gave it some time to make sure it didn't happen again. I have used it the three months and all is good. I really am happy with this product, in fact more so than the sonicare it replaces. I will definitely purchase this again.

Officially a bargain
These are much quieter than other non-manufacturer pieces that I have tried, but hey are not as quiet as the Phillips replacement heads (it is only a matter of degrees though.) The magnets on the bottom are about the same size as Phillips ones and are bigger than the other brands. All in all, a good product at a better price than the manufacturer's.
