Had a lot if trouble with this item. The first pack that arrived still had a thick black grid on it, tried to complete but lines showed through and the beads supplied were nowhere near the colours of the photo. Contacted seller who offered half refund or replacement canvas to arrive in 7-10 days. Had another canvas, which took considerably longer to arrive. I have just completed it and again the beads are not like the colours of the photo, I think their machine only gives out pink, orange, brown and black! Quite upset and disappointed as this was for a wedding present. Wouldn't use them again, nor recommend.

Unfortunately due to the quality of the photo I sent the print has come out mismatched and some parts have no definition. My nephew has a hat on which has been printed the same colour as his hair so it's one mass of colour. I'm not sure how it's going to look once completed. I wish I had chosen a different photo.

This product square drills but I asked Anmuxi if it was possible to change to round drills as I prefer rounds to squares and I have to say they were most helpful and obliging and changed to round drills for me.I started this one over the weekend and it seems to be looking good. Can't wait to finish it. It's to be a present for my brother in-law for Christmas in memory of his brother, my husband who passed away just before Christmas 2019. He'll love it.Thank you Anmuxi.

I waited ages for this to be delivered and was disappointed to note that there were missing drills for the painting. To be fair, the seller responded immediately to my email and advised they would send out the missing drills but it’s now been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting! Sadly without these missing drills I’m unable to finish my painting. I would also say that the picture itself is not as sharp as other more expensive diamond paintings that I have had but I suppose you get what you pay for!

I would highly recommend anyone trying these and also purchasing from this seller they are so helpful and I couldn’t be happier with the items I ordered I’ve only done one so far but the picture I have finished looks phenomenal can’t wait to get it framed and up in the wall. I’m also waiting for three more arriving can’t wait to see them
