They are actual pockets. Not very big, though.

Q: Does the bottom hem stay flat if these pants are dried in the dryer?

Yes, ive always dried them in the dryer and havent had a problem. Ive owned them for about a month now with no problems

Q: Do these have a tendency to roll down in the waist?

Mines tend to fold over my belt just a little…I’m not sure about them rolling down because I wear a belt all the time

Q: What is the inseam on 16 and 18 petite?

There is no way these are 30” inseam. I’m 5’0” and would guess them 33”.
