Not good for what I purchased for.
There was a reviewer in here that compared it to a gumball machine ball and the size is about right. I wanted to use it for my feet but they are bit small for the arch of my foot. I’ll keep there for other things but not what I expected and I should have read the reviews and description better. Best use for smaller areas

Life saver
I use these to massage my hands wrists and arms and they work perfectly. I can get pressure where needed for my physical therapy and with repeated use provides pain relief
