Regina's Big Mistake

Good for perfectionist children
This was good reading for my 6yr old who is a perfectionist. She seemed relieved to know that other people get upset when things don’t turn out how they envisioned it or have trouble getting their vision “out”. The book helped open the discussion that it’s okay to make mistakes and how to deal with the frustration.

A wonderful book
This story is excellent for helping children understand mistakes are OK and that you do not need a new piece of paper every time you make a mistake when drawing. Regina makes the best of using a mistake to make a beautiful drawing.
