My wife love this. She is mostly bed ridden and her sweet rear end hurts. This cushion relieves the soreness. You don't want to inflate it too much, just enough air that if you press on it, on a hard surface you are able to feel the ground.

Once inflated, product is smaller than advertised and the corners around the entire cushion do not inflate. Not a good product
