The taste is fine but they are hard to flip because they crumble. I have only made one batch so when I make them again, I'm going to make silver dollar size pancakes so they will be easier to turn.

This batter makes a delightful batch of pancakes. They are crisp and have a nice note of vanilla. They can be a bit dry, but that's easily countered with a decent amount of butter spread on the warm cakes.

I didn't like this pancake mix. However, I didn't follow the instructions fully, because I can't eat dairy. This product requires using eggs and doesn't work well without eggs.

This is the BEST gluten free & bonus low carb pancake mix. I mix it with a little oatmeal, protein powder, vanilla, cinnamon, cottage cheese, fat free coconut creamer & egg white for the best pancakes!! Love it & I'd not only recommend it but have reordered it.

Lo carb & gluten free - but pancakes, although easy to use & they look like the 'real' pancakes look, still taste bland and flat.

Love it! For those concerned about dairy we have found that 3 Tbsp coconut oil + 3 Tbsp water is a good substitute for the heavy cream. (And for the other reviewer, eggs of course, are not dairy)

This was excellent in terms of taste. If you are totally committed to low carbing you will love this product. In addition the product is extremely forgiving. Worked great even if you did not follow the directions perfectly.
