I have purchased three of these meters over time and they all worked very well. They even worked on older hands where circulation may not be so great. There are excellent. No need to purchase anything else.

I purchased this unit for an unusual purpose. I wanted to find out if it could be used for what I call "optimal breathing training" - really my own invention. It is very simple to do, you hold exertion constant, like at your desk or on a treadmill, and then breath - usually slower - to find the breathing rate at which your pulse rate is lowest. I believe that this is also where you have the right amount of needed CO2 in your system to facilitate circulation and oxygen transport. Breathing too much washes out too much CO2 so finding this point takes the help from a heart rate meter. The oximeter portion helps with this since it takes considerable time and concentration to quite one's breathing enough to lower the SpO2 reading one point. As well, when you find the point where say, at your desk or on the treadmill at a given speed and incline - the pulse rate is lowest - and then note the oximetery SpO2 number it makes it a kind of reference for the future of when you are getting close and which way to go with your breathing rate/volume. It tends to change a bit with exertion - lower with less exertion.For my original purpose the meter works great. It is a bit insensitive to lower SpO2 levels with a brand new set of batteries. I was able to overcome this by putting the unit on my thumb for the first hour. The lanyard and belt case are great! I looped the lanyard to the little D ring on the top of the belt case so the unit never is far from my belt or the case once put on. It is very useful to have the unit very available most of the time. It took me over half a century to establish the breathing reflexes I now use, it will take me a long time of training (years I think) to learn to breath optimally.Where I live now we have hills which is great for interval training. However, I am shy to do this without a heart rate monitor. Well now I have one strapped to my belt most of the time. It is so much better to have a heart rate monitor I can grab from a belt case rather than try to whip out and dawn a chest strap!! Way easier and more convenient. A great and wonderful plus for me!!!Even with the battery glitch and the fact that the outside case tends to slip off the meter sometimes I gotta give the little wonder the full five. Simply I got much more than I expected for the price.

love Spigen products. I purchased the Spigen case and absolutely love it. It's durable and already protected my phone against several falls. So naturally, when it was time to order a screen protector, I chose the Spigen screen protector.I live in a household where we ALL have multiple iPhones. Even my toddler has an older iPhone he uses to go on apps or play games on. Every now and again, my little guy gets annoyed with his "old" iPhone 5 and wants to upgrade and use my brand now iPhone 6S lol. In addition to my toddler playing rough with my phones, I am not the most delicate when it comes to phones. Needless to say, screen protectors in this house are a MUST!I've purchased cheap screen protectors in the past and found I had to replace them every few months.Unlike some of the cheaper protectors, the Spigen screen protector for iPhone 6s is made from tempered glass, not plastic. It is harder and less easy to scratch. It also protects your screen better because it provides a thicker layer of protection. It was also very easy to install. It pretty much came with everything needed to apply the screen protector. It also came with a very detailed instruction guide on how to properly install the screen protector.I cleaned the screen with an alcohol wipe. I then used the dry cloth in the kit to completely dry my screen before applying the screen protector. The guide stickers are also included to pretty much keep the the installation dummy-proof. This helps against those nasty bubbles that form when the screen is improperly installed. Once my screen was clean, I used the stickers to guide and drop the protector onto the screen. It adhered perfectly and smoothly, with no bubbles. The size is smaller than the front glass of the iPhone, however I found this helps it to stay on screen properly with my case on it.The screen protector is very clear, you won't realize its exists. It provides good protection for smudges. The nice thing is that it doesn't interfere with any function of the Touch 3D.My two year son immediately grabbed the phone from me and put his little sticky fingers all over it. To my surprise, there were no fingerprint marks left on the screen. Pretty impressive.I cannot comment on the durability of the screen protector since I just applied it. However, if I am not satisfied, I will update my review.Overall I highly recommend this screen protector. I love that it comes with everything you need to install.Although I received this screen protector free or at a discounted rate to provide an unbiased honest review, this doesn't affect my five star rating for it. I rely heavily on reviews before buying products so I personally like to be honest when reviewing items myself! My mum is on oxygen 24/7 and needs to keep track of her levels when she moves around and this gadget is ideal and very accurate. It also gives a pulse reading and I have been able to determine when she’s had a few chest infections as the pulse rate is very high. It is helpful when I have had to phone the drs or paramedics to give them readings over the phone. Mum carries hers round with her everywhere and wouldn’t be without it. Brilliant little gadget.

Thank youamended Jan 2021Lasted one year, changed batteries and it was dead. Then remembered, need to reverse one battery, contrary to markings, and working fine. Very accurate readings.
