The dispenser and tongs are made from plastic that had a decent amount of scratches on them. The packaging sucked lol they put packing tape all over the dispenser I'm assuming to keep it together (the cap just sits on top, it doesn't click on or screw on) but the tape left glue residue everywhere it was stuck, so I ended up leaving it on, and its not stuck on nicely (its folded and bumped). The beads are smaller than others, but they grow fine and they work. The dispenser and tongs are fun, and yes the dispenser works with the beads when they grow. The dispenser also works with regular sized water beads. My one year old has dropped the dispenser a few times and it hasn't cracked and still works. The tongs popped apart at some point but went back together no problem.

It comes with multiple colors and it will offer endless of hours of fun for your children!!!!Warning: The dispenser came with a tiny crack on the bottom which left it very fragile and a recipe for 100k beads to scatter everywhere. Beware!!!! You must secure it with tape (I posted a video). Or if it accidentally gets knocked down, you WILL CRY. The dispenser knob is fun but large quantities may fall out! It has great control though! The top may come off so make sure it’s secure.Make sure to hide the dispenser from your young children or tell them to dispense over a large bin!!!!

I bought this for my granddaughter and she was so excited to play with this. She played with the beads, in the tube, with the faucet, for a long time. We used a funnel to put the beads back into the tube. Then she let the beads run into a large pan. We only used half the beads, because there are so many. I added water for the beads for them to grow. She loved the soothing feel of the beads and enjoyed playing with them. I poured the beads into a pillowcase and hung it up for the beads to dry up and shrink back to original size to put back into the tube. This is a great toy and the tube with faucet is extra fun.

This is a great for kids. Just make sure to supervise very closely when they are playing with them. Other than that my kids love them a lot!! It does what it is supposed to do by leaving them in the water and watch them grow. Reason I am giving only 3 stars is because it was not packaged very well. When I received it, the original box it comes in was not closed all the way and I could not close it at all because the clear tower itself was too long for the box. When I took it out of the box, two plastic pieces was already broken off. This pieces were from what locks it to the red base. Other than that little frustrating box opening, these water beads are pretty good.

There were a ton of water beads my son loves them, the only thing that was a bummer is the dispenser was kind of cheap feeling but other than that defiantly would recommend this product if you are looking for a lot of water beads at once

These beads are totally cool. I had seen these or something similar on tv before and decided to try them out because they looked like fun. It’s great how they expand and having so many to put your hands through is like a little massage. My niece and I played like we are at a salon and did each others nails.

Right when I opened the box I saw the item was damaged. The plastic around the faucet was broken. But ok, we’ll fix it with some tape - whatever. Pour some of the beads into the dispenser... the handle wouldn’t shut off and no matter what we tried, the beads just kept coming out. But, the beads did do exactly what they were supposed to and the kids really enjoyed them. The dispenser was junk, but the beads worked really well and we played for a long time.

I really liked it. The only draw back for me was you couldnt turn it off so you end up using more beads then you planned on. It's not really messy like I thought it would be. The size depends on how much water and how many beads you put in there. You really dont need 3 to 4 hours like the box says but I did it anyway mg
