Easy install
Put this to make it easy for kids to get out without keypad. The old lock was problematic with keypad on inside. Came with extra lever for varying lever lengths.

Material is very poor quality. Read warning
This was a hopeful purchase that ended in disappointment. The instructions state to test everything prior to install. We did so. Everything worked great, so we went ahead and drilled the holes in the door as instructed. Unfortunately, the actual bolts are garbage. They snapped inside the assembly, rendering the entire thing useless. I had to fight to get the thing apart to return the whole assembly. In the end, I had to return the item and am now stuck with holes in my door that are placed specifically for this product and this product only. So, now I have to choose to either replace the door, live with the holes, or try to repair the door (which is not very likely possible.Upon contacting the seller, they put the blame on Amazon.WARNINGYou need to drill holes in your door to use this.If you choose to risk it, make sure you test the unit and the bolts before you drill any holes.

Finicky fitting, but nice lock
Well made , good instructions, mine needed a little tweaking with a few washers to get a good fit with no rattle...otherwise exactly what I needed and best of all no keys needed

Nice lock, but need some skills to install
This is a beautiful lock, but you donβt expect you can just install it out of the box. First, you need to cut the screws based on the thickness of the door. Second, you need to align the latch. To my case, I needed to drill the latch hole a bit. Third, you need to drill more holes to the door. If it fails to install, you will have made so many holes on your door. After you can overcome all these challenges, the lock looks so good.

EZ to pick and open. Wrong parts. Needed to fabricate items to make work.
The media could not be loaded. I have installed dozens of locks but this one is not as easy at it looks. Should be straightforward but noooo it's not. These instructions are not easy step by step. No videos on line either for this model.Tried to find company website for assistance but just found sales info and no email found or video tutorials.Instructions say screw "Guide Bolt" into either hole "A" or "B" but it is the wrong thread.Guide bolt is smaller that factory plug that was in A&B.Came with two (2) latches so one spare? (Don't need a spare)I was replacing lock and deadbolt combination and this doesn't cover deadbolt hole. The "Fixing bolts" were too long so had to grind them down 1/4" and that would have had to be more if I didn't use the diamond plate inside and out.Hit Home Depot and purchased 12" X 12" diamond plating aluminum and cut to 4" strips. After cutting, need to file and sand new edge so no cut hazard to people. As can be seen from the pictures, the end product looks nice and works fine but I have to think what if a buyer doesn't happen to have a grinder, diamond plate and some ingenuity to use? The "Guide Bolt" seem to have zero purpose, in addition to the fact that it was threaded incorrectly from the factory. Oops on the factory part.It would be nice if it had a longer outside knob/handle at least as an option but this is doing the job and my tenants will never have to worry about a dead battery from locking them out like the last battery operated door lock we had. I am big into keyless for rentals. When a tenant moves out, just recode the lock so zero relocking fees.11-11-21 UPDATED: OMG, I was stunned how NOT secure these are. I was showing my son the new lock I installed. He looked at me and said "Dad, you realize these have zero protection against opening, right?"He applied slight pressure to knob while pushing each button until it pushed in. One by one he was able to open the lock in under 10 seconds and I didn't tell him the code. This is worthless as a lock. Looks nice but absolutely worthless for security!Try it yourself. Apply slight pressure turning the door knob. Lightly push 1 then 2, then 3, then 4 ect until the button gives way and pushes in. You will see that is your door code and it literally takes less than 10 seconds to open any of these locks. Zero security to this lock!!!! Switching to battery operated Schlage ASAP and I don't even like batteries but this lock is a false sense of security!
