This little cello is really beautiful and well crafted. It even has tiny strings. I do have a comment for the woman who took off stars because her "careful 3-year old" couldn't really play with it, and that this 3-year old loves playing with real musical instruments. You might think about a stuffed bunny as a better option. As precocious as she no doubt is, a little dose of learning respect for musical instruments wouldn't hurt either.

This miniature was the perfect size for my ornament project. This was made on a 3" foam ball. The details on the cello were amazing. I am so pleased.

I purchased this for a friend who plays the cello and is a serious collector of miniatures. He adores it.

We purchased for a youth activity gag gift. This tiny violin was well made and included all the tiny details which made it that much more fun!

Exude my expectations

I purchased this to use in a sorting activity with a very careful three year old who demands to play instruments daily with my husband. I planned to turn it into a Christmas ornament when we are done learning about musical instruments. I picked this one, because it had the little spike thing that sticks out the bottom to hold the cello off the floor, which I think is called an endpin. A lot of miniature cellos don't have this and are the same as the violins.You have to detach the endpin to fit it in the case which is fine, except mine doesn't fit in the intended hole. I can glue it on pretty easily, but then I won't be able to put it in the case.Otherwise I'm happy with the product. At the price, it's not worth the hassle and expense of returning, but I would not recommend buying it if that matters to you.

I received this little cello today and it is perfect for my miniature room! Watch for the cello stand included which is in the bottom of the box.

Love the cello, perfect detail, however no stand arrived with it!
