EQUINOX HOODY The Equinox Hoody is a don’t-leave-at-home piece of gear. A deadly silent polyester knit face can stand up to the rigors of the hunt and resists rain and dew while the high-loft Berber fleece lining will keep you warm in the stand or blind. The high-visibility hood delivers weather protection without impairing peripheral vision and an integrated face mask can be deployed for close encounter concealment. GORE OPTIFADE CONCEALMENT Traditional mimicry patterns based on human vision are designed to look like a specific type of vegetation or terrain. GORE OPTIFADE Concealment is the only scientifically proven concealment pattern based on animal vision to optically fade a hunter into their surroundings. By using advanced blends of micro and macro patterns to fool animal vision rather than mimic a particular shape, GORE OPTIFADE Concealment is more versatile and more effective at getting hunters close to game. YKK ZIPPERS Sitka Gear uses premium YKK Zippers across their product line for reliability, durability, weather resistance, and quiet operation. They also print many of their zippers with GORE OPTIFADE Concealment for added stealth.

Worth the money!
I ordered a whole getup for this upcoming season, writing this before season so just from what I've noticed so far. I got this at $128. Sitka clothes feel quality. I want to stay warm and cozy without having low quality gear. Buy once cry once. I think that this gear is worth the money. It runs tight so I sized up. I highly recommend this clothing. Good quality, amazon is great with returns and well, had some issues with items being lost during shipping and they were more than able to help. Makes it a lot easier when stores nearby don't have a lot of high end hunting clothes. hope this helps.

very nice
I have used this in temps down to the 30s and it has kept me nice and warm with proper layering. It is super comfortable and the integrated mash in the hood is nice. Its also nice for bow hunting the way it is constructed, would recommend.

Best design, matrials and quality
It's a bit pricey but you will not need to buy another piece of clothing for this particular use for years. The quality and thought-through design (as well as fabric) makes this jacket exactly what it needs to be.If you are there truly for the 'functional outdoor" purpose and Not after rotating fashion-based selfies (because no one will like you otherwise) you will be truly happy with the purchase.

Excellent and Versatile - a must have for bow season
excellent product. have worn it alone on days in the 40's and 50's and as a base layer when the temps dipped into the teens on chilly AMs. fit is as advertised and warmth is better than I had hoped. hoodie and face mask are an added bonus!

Love it
Have yet to use this in the field but so far so good. Super comfortable and honestly the best light jacket I’ve ever worn. Super quiet and can tell it will be awesome for whitetail hunting during the end of September- early October. Everything about this jacket is superior for the serious whitetail hunters out there. Sitka is not the cheapest. You get what you pay for. If you could only get one thing sitka, this would be the piece to get.

Very comfortable, warm, good quality.
I chose this gear and matching hat and pants because I liked the pattern and how it was specifically made for high altitude tree stands. I do believe it the pattern would still work into the winter months with snow on the ground. As for the clothing itself, I wish my work and street clothes were this comfortable. I got the performance fit because I'm a lean 5'9' build, which helps prevent unnecessary noise from brush snags in the woods. The fabric itself is silent. No fabric friction noise whatsoever. There is plenty of storage space for the rest of your gear (gloves, knife, grunt, etc.) if you travel light like me. The face covering hood is nice and allows you to tuck a hat underneath it without it being too snug and uncomfortable. The ONLY REASON I didn't rate 5 stars is because I haven't tested it in the field. Will update later.

Great piece of gear to add to your arsenal.
Love my new piece of gear. I am planning on wearing it to fly fish in the winter as well. It had kept me quite comfortable down to about 40s along with a merino base layer. I’ve also added a Kuiu Kenai insulated jacket for those super cold days. This piece is super quiet as well. I wear XL (I’m about 250lbs. 5’9”) but I went with a Xxl to layer. If I were only wearing this I would go with xl

Love this Jacket
Love this jacket, all I need is a t-shirt under it and it keeps me warm. The arms are articulated so they move naturally with out pulling on the rest of the jacket. And the added hood and face mask are nice and compact. Very thoughtfully designed and made with quality materials and workmanship.
