Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Our cookware has been getting a little rundown (old) and random, with mixed items from various sets bought over the years that have survived longer than other items that were thrown out - and any that might have been non-stick haven’t been for a long time. I wanted to get something new, non-stick, and versatile. I liked the look of this one, due to its size, the lid and its non-stick properties. It has been a while since I bought any cookware and I was surprised at how good this pan actually is. It’s solid but light to hold and carry, and it can pretty much deal with anything you throw at it. I now use it for curries, Italian food (bolognese, meatballs, carbonara) and cooked breakfasts (bacon, fried eggs, scrambled eggs). The ‘bumpy’ surface, that I was a little dubious of at first, means that it’s much less likely that food will stick or burn and this means that cleaning it is simple. 99% of the pan residue will rinse off under a tap, and then you can put it in the dishwasher for a full clean. My pictures and video show me making a jambalaya last night. I couldn’t recommend this pan more highly. Brilliant!

Read the description & thought that's just what I want/ need. Arrived quickly, well packaged. Read the instructions, wash & then season with a little oil. OK done. Carry on reading, DO NOT USE ON HIGH HEAT. WTF. Medium to low heat only. High heat will damage the non stick?Didn't say that in the product description, I wouldn't have bought it! Can still be used though. Not a complete waste. Easy to clean.If you want a pan that you can use on high heat buy a cast iron or stainless pan. Both should be non stick plus they can be put in the oven as well.

Disappointed with this pan - a bulge developed in the middle creating a very uneven cooking surface. This resulted in food burning in the middle and under cooking oriundi the outside

I know I’m out of the Return Window, but I’ve only used this pan for the first time morning..I feel Royally Ripped Off, and misled.This is not the cheapest induction frying pan on Amazon, but I read the words and paid the money.Firstly the pan has a convex mountain in the middle making cooking more than one egg almost impossible, and secondly i had to put 3 good ‘Gluggs’ of oil in the pan and it still stuck to the bottom.Please don’t buy this pan.I have no choice but to put mine in the BIN ..Grumpily Noel Barnes (07773328868)

I do a lot of cooking and love a versatile prying/saute pan.The lining of the pan has a quite a granula feel to it and you would imagine something like fried egg would stick.I've done all sorts in this, and nothing had stuck. Good heat distribution.It can go in the dishwasher, but to be honest I do not bother as all it needs is a quick wash with warm soapy water and a cloth and it's clean as a whistle and less damaging than the dishwasher.It's deep so easy to do things like a bolognese base in it and the lid fits well and has a vent hole on the top

It is awesome, cooks evenly, and the coating doesn't let anything stick. Washes anything out with ease. Heat Appearance Construction Weight Quality Size Cooking Value for money Performance Design i cant fault any of these features. This fry pan is one of the best I have used. It was washed and dried then I put an egg into the pan with no grease at all. Not only did it not stick, the egg just moved around easily. The handle did not get hot and after the egg came out I wiped it out with a dish towel. I would suggest letting it cool before washing. I have had many fry pans that claim to be non-stick. I will have to say that this one is the best ever. This is made of a triple layer of titanium & it is oven safe. It is safe to use on electric, gas, ceramic, & even induction stove tops. This is a beautiful pan with gold speckles on it & a nice looking gold handle. You wash the pan in warm water before your first use. After that, hand washing is recommended for longevity. You need to not use any abrasive cleaners & any harsh detergents. It says not to use steel wool & don't soak the pan for a long period of time. Do not put in your microwave. It states that it uses less butter and oils. I can honestly say that this s a very true statement & not just a claim. My first test was to fry a chicken breast with no added oil or butter and with only seasonings in the bottom of the pan. The cooked chicken came right out & to my surprise, the seasonings were on the chicken and not burnt on the pan. The chicken came out easy and there was very little in the pan to clean. It looked clean when I placed it in my sink, but I still washed it. My second thing to try was to fry 2 eggs with no butter like I always do. The eggs fried up well and as you can see in the picture, the eggs slid right out of the pan and onto the plate. Nothing stuck at all like my other pan does. This is the best pan ever and I know that I will be using it everyday! Having the lid is an extra bonus.

Have used pan a few times was great untill tonight put lid on left for a few minutes on the lowest heat. Heard a bang 2min later and found lid had shattered. Only had it since February disappointed

Very disappointed with this pan, no even cooking and middle now burnt and embedded and unable to come clean.
