Sturdy, easy to clean, cut-resistant, and fit perfectly in my Chicago Metallic pans. Wanted two sets so I could prep batch 2 of cookies/crackers/whatever while batch 1 was still in the oven.

I saw silicon mats on cooking websites and used when making candies and chocolate truffles.I bought two boxes (3 mats in each). I sliced one mat in 1/2 for smaller needs -- I use a 1/2 mat as a ladle/spoon holder on my stove top or counter top (and to or protect my digital kitchen scale).They clean up by hand easily and are 98-99% non-stick, in one use case.Using multiple mats helped me manage making over 100 chocolate truffles without running out of cooking sheets! *phew*!!!!They are mostly completely non-stick but you can see the pix the light brown circles on the mat.I piped the chocolate truffles ganache (the rich velvety chocolate inside) onto two mats and kept them in fridge until I was ready to dip/enrobe them with dark chocolate outside.The pix shows light brown complete circles (plus strings/globs of darker chocolate caused by my dipper tool dripping while grabbing the next ganache to enrobe).Overall, this is very reasonable and not a problem.. just different from parchment paper where nothing is left behind. Again.. silicon mats are 98-99% non-stick in this particular use-case and totally worth it.I used another mat to place the resulting dipped truffles and kept them cool in the fridge till done. Each cooled and completed truffle came off the mats, completely clean :-)Looking forward to using them in other cooking/candy-making use cases!

I have had these for awhile now. They don't show any signs of wear at all. They get a lot of use. I use them to roast vegetables, which I do frequently. I also use them of sheet pans when making cookies. The food doesn't stick to them and often the sheet pan is still clean afterwards. This 3 pack was a really good price too. Very good quality product.

I have ordered & used these baking mats in the past & just tried them this past Christmas for spritz cookies & couldn't believe what a difference it made! Cookie press cookies due to the high butter content have to be on the cookie sheet unlike standard cut out cookies you can use parchment. I was breaking them every time they cooled & stuck. This year decided to try these mats! Game changer! Had 3 but bought 3 more for the 6 cookie sheets I have now. I am a cookier so having the right tools for the job is essential! Love them!

Silicone baking mats are a must for anyone who regularly bakes. They are convenient, easy to clean and help protect other cooking equipment. These are the cheapest I could find while searching and they work very well. Silicone is silicone so go with these. Sometimes I wish that one of them was a smaller size (if one was small it would be 5 stars( so it could fit more easily into a pan with edges but that is rare. I also enjoy using these because I can use them for cooling if my cooling racks are full and I don't worry about my hands getting burned or others because these cool so quickly (and transfer heat more slowly). When I'm done using them, even burnt pieces slide off with a quick rinse in soapy water. If you are on the fence, get these now and start using them. You won't' regret the convenience.

Years ago I started using these instead of foil and parchment paper. I save so much money and cleaning is simple. I've only had to buy two sets as long as I've been using them.

Sure - these are perfect for non-stick baking and I would not be without them for cookies, candy, etc., and having 3 means more production in less time for less money. But I ALSO find these mats indispensable in other ways. When I want a safe cutting board, I put one on a countertop, table, butcher block - whatever surface I have to use for prep - wet or dry - and lay my cutting board, synthetic, or wood, big and thick or small and thin - on top of one of these mats. Absolutely no slipping, sliding or creeping cutting board! The cutting boards stick like they've been glued. Safety, speed and frustration eliminated! I also put one on the bottom of a transport box if I have to drive a large baked item or pot or pan of product from one location to another: Nothing moves in transport. Plus, I have a reliable work surface when I arrive for finishing. You can also roll out a sheet of dough between two mats, avoiding the frustration of the cling wrap struggle, lay you pie pan over the dough and flip the map and pan, eliminating the worry of tearing - always a concern when doing GF baking. A breeze to clean, soap water, rinse, done. Takes up no space, can be rolled and banded or stacked. A real asset in a professional kitchen - a lifesaver in an active home kitchen.

I used these for baking classes with seniors. They wash up well and are great for rolling out / working dough. I haven’t used them in the oven yet. Will update review when I do.

These just work as you need them to. I've never had cause to use all three at once, but the pack of three means I always have one ready to use whilst the others are drying off after cleaning.

Easy to clean. Non stick. Good quality product. Very useful
