These pen refills were a direct replacement for my Bic 4-color pens. They are indistinguishable from the originals. I tried several refills I had around the house and none of them were serviceable. I ordered these and it worked out great.

Great for replacing the black in the bic 4-color pen
I use the bic 4 color pens but always run out of the black. I bought the 4-color refills but I ended up with a lot of extra blue, green and red. With this refill I don’t have to replace the whole pen or waste the other three colors of refill anymore. Thanks a lot for making this available on Amazon!

Yes! I am a nurse and I have used the 4 color pen for years! No need to buy a new pen just get the refills!
