It's my first time trying anything like this. Seriously, for the price, I didn't expect anything. When I opened the package, I wasn't too surprised. It looks like paper cutouts. The ab piece was under the plastic form that held 3 round attachable units.First, I charged them. I think it'd be nice to have a standard usb out on these units for the versatility to also use these as cell phone chargers, but whatever. After a few hours, I checked back to find they were ready.I tried the piece that looked like a bat. Peeled off the plastic sheet and tossed it in the trash. FYI, YOU NEED TO KEEP THIS SHEET. There should be a big bold message somewhere to tell you this. It's used to reapply to the pads after use. Anyway, I didn't expect much. I stuck it on my arm and on 1, it had a slight shocking feeling. I didn't like it. On 2, that shocking feeling changed to a weird massage feeling. On 3, I saw muscles inflating and deflating. It was slightly painful, but became more tolerable after a few minutes. 4 was far too painful.Next, I tried my upper leg thinking it's about the density. Apparently the more dense the area, the higher you can make it. I got it to 5 on my upper leg. It was really freaky looking. It felt like a large dude was pinching the entire muscle. It actually felt quite nice.I've not tried the ab part yet for one big reason. I discovered that this product doesn't stay secured to the skin as much as I would like. So I ordered some heavy duty velcro straps (hook and loop) to stick on the bat wings and strap around my arm/leg. Figured I could cut to length as needed. A great add-on for this product might be some straps. Elastic or something. I've not tried it since the first 2 days since I'm waiting for the straps to arrive, but honestly, this product did much more than I expected.The real question is, does it build muscle? I can't answer this. But I can say that after those days, my muscles were sore. A feeling much like excessive exercise. Oh, I used this product over the 20 minutes. So, perhaps that contributed to the soreness. All I can say is, this product performed better than I expected. Just remember, DON'T TOUCH THE PADS WITH YOUR FINGERS WHILE THE UNIT IS ON. Especially if it's on 5. I made that mistake catching it as it slid off my leg. Hence why I ordered straps.

I normally don’t leave product reviews for items I buy on amazon but I wanted to leave a review for this one to kill any kind of skepticisms, or preconceptions you may have before purchasing. I’ve been using the ab stimulator now for 3 weeks and I can already see a huge difference in the muscle tone in my stomach. I haven’t ever had the abs I have right now and I have been working out consistently for years! Now granted, I have a healthy diet and your body fat cannot be outrageous to see results from this. But if you are not obese and are looking for a way to really tone up a flat stomach that currently has no definition, THIS IS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU! I cannot stress how attached I have grown to this little device after using it these past weeks. Like I said, I wrote this because I was extremely skeptical about the product but I figured I would give it a try... and I am SO GLAD that I did. Thank you so much eAnjoy!!

The product is easy to assemble and use. Can feel the stimulation. Suggest adding the ability to use adjustable straps at the ends of both the ab belt and arm pieces to allow for greater tightness and hold. Doesn't look like the gel pads alone won't hold as well over time. Also, would be nice to advertise where you can find replacement pads for the two larger ones (15 × 5 cm pads) that extend along the waistline belt. Having a harder time finding these longer pads. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Like the package arrived in 3 days even for standard shipping. Pretty nice package, the surprise gift of the additional gel pads was especially nice. I know I will need them in the future. Compared to most similar ones available out there, the extra longer side patches on the midsection attracted me. I think they will help the pads stay on my ab better and also help to strengthen my muscles. Right now I use level 2 or 3 which already pretty strong for me, so I have lots of potential there. The only drawback is that you have to pay extra attention on the gels and use them very carefully. I think that is the limitation of this type stimulators and I will have to replacement the gels sooner or later, but for that regard, the surprise gift gels do come in handy, at least for a while.The power is very strong and I can already feel the change. Will update how it goes after a month or so but I have a good feeling about it.

After I started using one of the eAanjoy muscle tone my wife also wanted to get one for herself. Works great on toning the abdominal area. Anything below neck that you want to tone its a product for you. Specially in current situation with Gym closures and lack of options for exercise this product does the trick. Remember to warm up a bit- works better in my case

For me this ABS muscle stimulator is 1-star. I did initially use the stimulator on my abdominal without issue or concern, but then after very briefly strapping it onto my left bicep and selecting a low intensity, my left arm tingled and my left hand became moderately numb. I next felt burning in my left hand, tingles in my fingertips, and general numbness throughout my left arm. I also had an itchy palm hours later. For me this was a very clear sign that I should not use this product as my body literally told me not to use it. Now it is ~24 hours later and light numbness remains in two of my fingers and occasional tingles. The symptoms are diminishing and hopefully will fully diminish.I have an engineering education and I do understand how this product works. I do not have a medical background but I do react to my environment. So I am stopping short of concluding that this is a dangerous product but I am stating that after using this product for its intended purpose I exhibited neurological warning signs that clearly told me to stop.note: I purchased this product and did NOT receive this product as a vine reviewer.
