Great way to have hands free and still get video. Hangs at the perfect length, holds camera steady and at whatever angle you set it at. If you're busy on the go and need quick access to your camera - front and center this is the way to go. I'm very happy with how it works. Much better than shoulder mount or chest harness!

I love this little accessory for capturing a unique first person video shot while doing activities. It’s not as steady as a full chest mount while moving around, but I find the full chest mount annoying to put on and find myself rarely using it, where as this is fairly easy to get on and off once you are use to the latch. I would do a practice run with it before shooting anything that was reasonably precious to you. And I would advise that for any accessory.At the end of the day, this little $15 accessory isn’t a cure all, but it’s actually a great add on accessory to my arsenal, especially when I don’t want to deal with a full chest mount and a head mount just isn’t the right level of capture for what I am doing.

The media could not be loaded.  I wanted something that would keep my hands free on a recent long delayed trip to Disneyland and didn't want to get a chest strap or a head strap.This let my gopro sit pretty comfortably just below my neck and I pretty much forgot about it.The only downside was it was a guess as to where my camera was pointed (too high or too low) but once I got it set it pretty much stayed in place through the day, even when bouncing around on the rides.It isn't the most robust feeling thing but it worked for what I needed.I put it under my shirt collar so it wasn't rubbing directly on the back of my neck and that was comfortable.

This thing is pretty decent. It came with several mounting options(I have already lost some).It isn’t very comfortable.I am not a fan of the locking set up.

I use this frequently. Works well. I have not yet determined audio impact but it seems to pick up my voice well since it is next to my chest.

Technically it works, it holds a gopro camera around your neck and it is fairly innocuous. Hardly anyone notices that you are wearing it.Problem 1: for whatever reason it is difficult to snap in and out and I can see this thing breaking with prolonged use.Problem 2: the biggest problem, no matter how well you tighten it or try to hack it, the screw that holds the gopro rattles around in the casing. There's nothing you can do about it. I had 2 days worth of footage completely and utterly ruined because of this "kachank kachank kachank" noise coming from this thing. I ran 4 tests to absolutely make sure it was this product that was making the noise and it is guaranteeably 100% responsible for the noise, I have confirmed it. Since it is right next to the gopro microphone it is the loudest thing it picks up.This would be fine if your gopro footage will be silent and you are using it to edit a music video. If you need ambient sound at all or you foresee needing it at any time, absolutely DO NOT buy this product. I've returned it to amazon. Fortunately the packaging it came in is all reusable and there aren't things you rip or cut up to get it out of the box. I just put it all back into the box and plastic exactly as it came. If you want to take a chance on it, you can return it in original condition pretty much exactly.

Works as intended but I don’t like that it moves around if you aren’t still. I prefer the chest mount even though it isn’t as convenient. No issues with the product itself though!

I like the concept of being able to wear it around my neck. Yes on this product l read the reviews before purchasing. Some of the reviews weren't vary positive. The issue was the strength of the product during transport. I now understand the concern. It's made of hard plastic so l will have my own concerns when l travel. Suggestion l would be willing to pay a little more it was made out of metal with a rubber covering.
