Furniture of America Lazio 7-Piece Transitional Dining Set, Light Oak

I was so hoping to give a 5 star rating but I can barely give a 3 star. Unlike what other reviews are saying about the quality, the table is very easy to ding even when you don't realize you did it. In the short 1 1/2 weeks this set has been set up, one corner on the table has a ding as well as right in the middle of the side of the table. Be very careful when you push the chair close to the table as this is how the side ding happened. I'm not sure this is real wood as one little ding shows a much lighter color underneath. As for the top of the table. I had a centerpiece on it and today I moved it off and it had left an impression on the top of it.The process of putting it all together was quite easy as long as I used the right bolts. Well, I made 2 errors and split one of the chair legs, not severely enough to affect it's integrity, but I also used the wrong size attaching the seat to the back and the bolts were so long I screwed 3 holes out the other side. My fault, but I called Furniture of America to see if I could buy a chair leg and a chair back. The woman I spoke with thought my only option would be to buy a whole new set which is not an option for me. When I say whole new set, I mean the entire dining set. She did, however, say the people I needed to talk to were in a meeting and she would call me back after speaking with them later that day. That was on March 2. I still have not heard back from them. I think my next step is to contact Amazon for their help on this. Customer Service for Furniture of America was obviously no help to me.On a positive note, this furniture is pretty and the chairs seem stable so far.My 3 star mark is strictly for how easy it dings and scratches. I do have a table cloth on order but I really did not want to have to use a table cloth as the table top has a nice character to it.

This table and chairs is an amazing value. The fit and finish of the solid wood construction is exceptional and the chairs are comfortable. A couple points made from experience. The table and chairs arrived in a very large box on a big, heavy pallet with two strapped vertically on the sides of the box. It arrived on a large tractor trailer in perfect condition. Make sure the driver helps you get the box off the pallets and takes them with him unless you want to haul them to the dump yourself. Putting the table and chairs together was very easy and everything you need to do it is in the box. The bolts that are used come in three lengths. The longest bolts are used on the table legs and the back corners of the chairs connecting the seat to the back/legs assembly. The shortest connect the back of the seat to the back/legs. The medium length bolts connect the seat to the front legs. I used up all the long bolts on the table and first two chairs before I ran out of long bolts and realized the difference. If you are interested in a beautiful solid wood dining room set, you won't be disappointed with this one if you are lucky and get a good one like we did.

Fast shipping. Well protected. Arrived on a pallet. Weight was 150lbs all in one large box. Two people carried it into the house with no problems.The table is beautiful, well made, and the chairs are very comfortable. You have about 75 bolts in all to install and it will be hard on your thumb after awhile. They included several hex key wrenches. The 6 chairs took about an hour to assemble, the table maybe 15 minutes.The end result is a very nice table set for the price. Instructions were inside the plastic wrap of one of the chairs. I didn't find that right away but had the table and 3 chairs assembled already so I honestly can't say how well the instructions are because I did not even open them.The picture displayed is accurate. The quality of the product is solid. The chairs are very comfortable and the table height is just right.

Arrived on time for the price its a good by not heavy wood but fare quality very nice looking table and chairs. Table is not as long as we need but for now will work for our purposes the chairs ares are cute sturdy but not for anyone 300lbs or more.

Its a good product very easy to assemble. I loved the packaging as it took more time to open then assembling :)Only the price with tax $740 feels little high for an online order of this product as this might have delivered locally with a + or - $50.

It looks very nice. The color is not oak, but light brown. The top is not wood and is easy to make damage on it.

It was much darker than the picture, and two of the chairs had issues. One had a nick in it, and the other has a pre-drilled issue. I tried to put the screw in, and it would not go all the way in. It sticks out about 1 centimeter. You get what you pay for.

Love it. It looks really nice and was easy to put together.
