Lightweight expandable hose that’s easy to roll up and use with multiple-setting nozzle
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Every time we turn on the hose in our backyard to water our plants, it kept leaking where the hose is connected at the faucet spigot no matter how tightly we tried to screw it on (we had it screwed on so tightly, that we needed vice grips to remove the old hose from the spigot). We didn’t want to keep wasting water, so we knew it was time to get a new hose. We have a similar hose in our front yard that we love and actually tried to use in our backyard, but it’s only fifty (50) feet long and we needed a longer hose in order to be able to reach our plants. Therefore, we got this one hundred (100) foot hose which is the perfect length. I love the design and technology. Instead of rubber, the hose is made of a polyester fabric casing that’s expandable and expands up to three (3) times its original length when the water is turned on and automatically goes back to its original length when the water is turned off. It kind of looks like a snake coming alive when the water is turned on. Unlike a heavy traditional rubber hose, it’s very lightweight and doesn’t tangle or kink which I also hated about our old hose. This hose came in a small box and weighs less than six (6) pounds. When I threw out our old hose in the trash, I had such a hard time rolling it up because it was so bulky and non-flexible, unlike this new hose. Another nice feature is the spray nozzle that it comes with. The nozzle has eight (8) different spray settings for different types of water needs, which is easy to change from one setting to another. One of these settings is “mist” which is great for watering delicate plants and flowers. It also has a jet” spray which has a lot more direct water pressure and is great for washing down the pavement or siding of the house. The spray nozzle also has a water flow control knob in which you can adjust the water pressure. One thing to note is that after you turn off the water at the source, there’s still water left inside the hose, so make sure to keep spraying the reserved water until it is completely gone so that the hose goes back to it’s original length.

🌸BEST HOSE I'VE EVER OWNED🌺😊 MY GARDEN LOVES THEM TOO!
I'm absolutely obsessed with this hose/nozzle!!! I've owned several "flexible, expandable & lightweight hoses" over the years and have been disappointed with them all for one reason or another. The added flexibility means that they will either have a tendency to split/tear easily or pinch/fold when they are coiled. I have found NONE of these problems/concerns with this hose. It actually EXPANDS in length and circumference as it's filling with water and feels as if it has some sort of a spring/coil inside that helps it maintain its shape while remaining ultra flexible (it reminds me a little of a slinky). Once the water is turned off, the remainder of the hose empties and you can actually SEE it shrinking!! IT IS SO LIGHT!! Typically, 100 ft hose is heavy and cumbersome. I DESPISE having to coil it up (I'm admittedly sucky at it), so I usually just throw it in a heap. My stupid expensive Zero-G hose won't allow for adequate water flow if its coiled up on a spinning house reel bc it gets squished, and I can't mount one on the house. This hose practically puts itself away! Instead of having to haul it across the years in sections, it shrinks down and collapses in on itself. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I totally would. I'm praying that it's as durable as it seems so far!!Lastly, the settings in the nozzle are spectacular! The mist is gently enough for seedlings, shower is a nice, full steam to drench flowers and flat will get along the edge of the beds nicely. I couldn't be more please with this purchase.

High quality hose, better than many of it's competitors
I bought this hose to replace another expandable hose I had. This model appealed to me because the fittings were all metal or rubber. The hose it replaced had a hard plastic flange between the hose and the metal fitting. That flange was very fragile and broke with the lightest touch to it. I actually went through three free replacements before giving up on that model. The nozzle is also high quality. It is made of metal with a rubber grip. Most of the competing models use all plastic nozzles which are pretty useless. The hose itself is great. It expands to about 3 times the empty size and never tangles. This type of hose is far superior to the traditional hard rubber ones or the "as seen on TV" folding hoses. It should provide a long amount of tangle free usage.

Great light weight hose with on/off valve
I have been shopping around for a hose as my new house only has one spicket on each side of the house and my current hose wasnt long enough to reach the width of the house so there were a number of spaces in my yard I couldnt water and washing my car was super challenging. At 100ft this one solved my problems (one review said their hose was only 75ft, so I measured to be sure I was getting what I paid for). It is light weight so I have no issues trying to carry it from one side to the other to switch spickets. My son often drives his John Deere power wheels while I'm in the yard and has run over the hose a number of times without issue. (Though if sitting in the direct son light year round I would worry about how durable it would be- I have a hose box that keeps it covered so that wont be an issue for me). My kid loves the spray nozzle to play with and wash the dog and his power wheels. At 5 he can easily switch the roaring head to the different spray features himself and keep the handle pulled back (our other sprayer is more stiff to pull back and it's hard for him to keep the spray going). My favorite feature is the switch to turn the water off at the valve at the top right below the nozzle so that I'm easily able to unscrew the spray head the hose came with and attach a sprinkler. Super cool feature I think all hoses need now. I found that because the hose shinks when the water is turned off, it works better for me to just leave the water on and use the valve to keep the sprinkler in its place. Also, even without the rubber rings, the hose has no leakage.
