The DeWalt 996 is an exceptional drill and does everything that it is supposed to do.
I used the drill while erecting a fence and olso for puting up pictures in the house. The drill has great power for boring holes and inserting screws. The three speed system is great,as it gives the user more control. The built in torch at the base of the handle which is angled up to shine at the work surface is excellent for working in an area where there is very little light. I must say i am really pleased with my drill and would recomend it to anyone. From John Pantridge. Definately five star.
