Unfortunately, you cannot return these bottles that come nestled neatly in a cardboard case. All look so nice, but the essential organics is missing, and these smell more of finding your great grandfather's album stashed away long ago in an upstairs attic. To be honest, 3 bottles had to be thrown out because of the telltale mold and mildew. Someone in one of these reviews already commented on the lemongrass (which to me smelled of fish), the lavender was terrible and smelled tainted and finally, I had to throw out the orange. The rest appear to be fine. The bottom line: you cannot return the product according to this supplier, so my advice to you is to go into your local health food store, or Whole Foods or Fresh Thyme, or even a credible distributor of essential oils who will refund your money because where these bottles came from are the outer reaches of India or some other place that have been sitting on a shelf somewhere. They have been maintained in high temps or some other climate. But they are not "pure" and they do not smell good. This is an unmanaged, unprofessional and unethical business which "doesn't care" whether you like the merchandise or not because you get stuck with the bill. I gave them one star because a few were OK like the Pepperment, Tea Tree Oil, etc. No more!! Be cautious - this supplier should not even be allowed on Amazon.

I like the essential oils I purchased, but was surprised to find that many pets are sensitive to them. Care should be used in the amount of oil used in your diffuser. Watch your pet carefully for toxic reactions. I now use them only in a room my dog does not go in.

Skeptical from buying other oil claiming to be pure but cut, I still brought this one to test out. Turn out it passed the purity test and smell great. Smell exactly like oranges. Not cut at all. Definitely about to buy a lot more for my business. RNicoles.com

I'm new to essential oil and don't want to waste a ton of money on the first try, so I went through all of the brands' reviews on Amazon. At first, I didn't wanna buy from this brand because there are not many reviews. Somehow, I decided to buy the 6 set and did not regret 😂 Great quality and smell amazing. When I first got it, I did not like the smell of the oils except for orange. The orange one smells exactly like oranges. Trust me! Open the cap and inhale ~ Don't forget to close your eyes. You would think you're standing in an orange farm 😂 Okay, back to the others. This lavender scent is not what I was expected. I thought it would be some kinda floral scent like it would smells in shampoo, bodywash, or whatever. It's not. I was disapointed in the true lavender's scent 😂 I'm used to the smell now, though. I think it actually smells good. It goes well with orange, peppermint, and tea tree. Peppermint and tea tree smell really good, too. Eucalyptus smells like "green oil" that my family usually uses (I'm Vietnamese). All of them smell wonderful except for lemongrass. I've only inhaled it from the bottle. The oils would smell better if you put them in the diffuser (did not try that with lemongrass, so I don't know). Anyway, this brand is amazing and the price is affordable, too. I love the orange one so much that I ordered a 60ml bottle (same brand) after I inhaled it. But the price is okay, so 😂I requested a return for the orange (60ml) one I bought because I don't need it anymore, but they told me to keep it as a gift and sent me a refund. Finding quality essential oils on amazon is tough with so many sellers and products, but this company would be my recommendation to anyone wanting to purchase “the good stuff”. I ordered various scents to test, and have been nothing but impressed. Prompt shipping. Nice packaging. Great product!

Disappointed with the product and seller. I waited 20 days for this to arrive with no courtesy note from the seller. It was advertised as therapeutic/commercial grade so i thought i was getting something of higher quality, but it has a low odor strength so don't understand. When mixed with equal parts carrier oil it is very weak. Not as good as different brand I usually buy at my local health store. Would not recommend.

I used the oil in the humidifier... exact space provided to add a fragrance.....the results are more than poor the fragrance is practicallyunnoticed...

The quality of the oil is good I'm just very disappointed in the size of the bottle I recently bought two other fragrances that are very nice that was four ounce bottles I was very disappointed to get this and see it was only a 2 oz bottle for the same price as the 4-ounce bottles I feel kind of ripped off. only a 2 oz bottle instead of the 4 oz that you get with the other major brand selling here that's just as good quality as this little bottle
