Boat is very fast! Battery life running hard is only about 12 minutes tho.I'm very happy with it overall and would recommend one. Might be too fast for little kids.

I was skeptical to buy this boat. I have been in the RC hobby for 35 years with planes and helicopters, so I normally only buy known brands. I kept debating between on brands here on Amazon for a low price rc boat for my pond.I got the brushless motor one and out of the box this boat is fast for a cheap brand. We get about 12 to 15 minutes of battery life depending on how hard you run it.After a few weeks I bought a second one to race my son. Recently I made a mistake and broke the propeller axel while the boat was sitting in my bed. I thought that was the end of the boat, but I was so happy to find that you can get parts on Amazon for it. We ordered the part, fix the boat and it is back running great!Just know, it is a toy and you have to do your part to take care of it.

This boat is fast!! It is fun to play with but there are some things to know.It doesn’t have reverse!! The battery will last for about 12 minutes but takes hrs to charge. The operating range isn’t that far. And it doesn’t self right!! However, it does skip across the water. It is faster than a lot of boats in the same price range.

I have no way to check the 45mph claim but I can tell you it is fast enough to jump out of calm water. I have took it out only once and it is my first brushless , so far it is awesome . The only reason I dont give it a five is not enough time has passed and the charger cord to wall is only a foot long , really . Ok this is an update I have ran the boat several times and after flipping boat for the first time I can tell you the esc is not water proof it got fried. I replaced it and back in action. Overall is still a ok just be prepared to spend a llittle more upgrading the esc.

This boat is fast! It works well, I highly suggest getting an actual lipo charger from the hobby store so that it cuts the charging time down to like 20-30 mins! The graphics are cool but are very low quality. They are crooked and not completely flat before applied. The battery hold down is a major issue with 2 velcro straps that you can't reach. I had to stuff the battery well with some high density foam, which worked just fine! Otherwise I had a blast with thing. Iv driven other boats and for the price, I dig it! Keep it on smoother water for best performance!

I made a mistake sending it back I though it was going to be bigger because it say large boat

The boat was fast very maneuverable. The only problem was it took on a lot of water fast where I had to stop racing and drain the water Could not figure out how the water was getting in. Had to return for a refund. Super bummed it was a very good boat.

Boat is very fast and super maneuverable. With in a half hour 10 year old was turning and stopping with in a foot of the dock at full speed. Probably not a good idea. Did need a minor adjustment to get full turning in both directions. Seems very durable and good range on control Goes into slow mode when battery gets low. Never needed to retrieve from lake. Best on flat water but does self right if it tips. Would not recommend for a pool as needs some space due to speed of boat. Comes with extra propellers and 2 batteries. Batteries last 8 to 10 minutes but take well over an hour to recharge. Does require maintenance every couple of hours of running. Propeller shaft needs greased and this requires taking the boat apart. Recommend an adult do the maintenance. Great toy for the price highly recommend for kids or adults.

Sadly these toys are made poorly and won’t last very long. They work eekl, but firefly and their poor quality will leave you holding the only item of value - the remote. Boats are extremely disappointing and stop functioning quickly.

Product was defective. Boat did not work. Internals inside the boat looked like they had corrosion on them. Loud humming noise coming from motor, trying to turn but wouldnt. Returned for refund.

Haven’t even used up the first battery and the shaft broke! Boat is now useless! A lot of money for 5 minutes of fun. My son is pretty disappointed :(
