Product was obviously used
The item description says “100% brand new,” but it came loosely wrapped in a bag and was all scratched up. Clearly not new and not worth $27. If it was labeled as used and was half the price I wouldn’t mind too much. Returning today for full refund.

Better than the original 2 usb outlets opposed to 1 and the light is brighter around the device. The device fits perfectly with no modifications to the chair.
