Red roof country home features a red roof with brightly coloured walls that makes up the delightful chocolate rabbit family home. Rooms come with three lights, each of which can be turned on and off. Red roof country home can be opened up for play at 90-Degrees, 180-Degrees and any angle in between. Closing up the house creates the appearance of a wonderful home, no matter which angle you look at it from, with light spilling out through the windows making quite the sight to behold. The second floor room on the left side and the roof on the right side, are removable. Placing this room on top of the roof or placing the roof on top of the terrace creates a large, three-storey house to play with. Connect to red roof cosy cottage to create a large, three-storey house (sold separately). Placing figures and furniture into these rooms allows for even more enjoyable pretend play (sold separately). The set includes: Main unit, chimney room, large roof, small roof, staircase, entrance porch, window frame A x3, window frame B x2, small fence x3, large fence x5, lamp A x2, lamp B x1 (a total of 22 pieces).

Attention la maison est vide
C’est tout simplement du vol nous avons commandé la maison en pensant que à ce prix (plus de 80€) nous aurions les personnages comme sur la photo.... Mais après ouverture nous avons simplement une maison en plastique vide...Merci de mettre en avant ce détail qui semble plus qu’important pour éviter la déception des enfants et des parents...

Red Roof Country Home
As per usual with Sylvanian Family sets the devil is in the detail. Ignore the figures and the furniture you see on the box because all you are buying in this set is basically the empty house. To deck the house out you will spending at least another £40 to £50 on bedroom sets, kitchen sets and well, you get the picture!The house arrives in parts which you have to assemble, along with stickers to attach. All of which is fairly easy to do. It is made out of what I describe as the horrible brittle plastic so be careful when installing the windows. I was fearful of them snapping when assembling.

No packaging ruined a birthday surprise
Packaging was non existent. The seller put my address on the toy box and that was it! No acting box or materials of any kind. Didn’t even bother to tape the box closed!!You can see the damage done to the box in the photos. And guess who ran to the door when the postman came? Yup, the birthday girl who saw her unpackaged gift sitting at the front door.Luckily there was no damage or missing pieces. But the birthday surprised was truly ruined. I contacted Amazon to complain & went through 6 customer service agents as they kept leaving the chat & new ones popping in. I’m really disappointed by the way both this seller & Amazon handled this issue.As for the product itself, the house is lovely. My daughter adores it. It fits lots of furniture & is a nice design for kids to get their hands into the various rooms.
