This is a gift for my 3yr old grandson I received today. I would send it back but I'm not sure I would get another in time for Christmas otherwise I would. The red tab that keeps this item closed is missing and there's a little piece of plastic broken off from the item somewhere. The red click is not in the packaging so it leads me to believe it was like that before it was sent.

This is a really great tool kit. I bought it for my 3-year old granddaughter and she loves it. She is learning all the names of the tools and using them with the kit and in her own unique way. The drill that is included initially did not work despite me trying different batteries and pushing all the buttons (no instructions included which would have been helpful). I emailed the seller a month after I bought it, as that was when my granddaughter finally got a chance to try it. They asked me to send a video of the drill that didn’t work which I did, and then immediately sent me a whole new kit even though I had just asked them to replace the drill! Great customer service.

Beautiful set. I 2 year old loves it. Its a great gift and the toys are a bit more durable. My son went through 2 other toy drills...the first one in a few hours. This one lasts because of the quality of the design. It was well worth it.

The tools are pretty cool but case isn't durable at all. It’s day 2 since my kid has had this set and the case window has already broken. I’m finding shards of plastic on the floor and realize it came from where the window of the case broke off. These shards pose a serious chocking hazard and the rough edges on the window (as seen in the pic) may lacerate small hands who don’t know any better. I’ll be keeping the tools, but definitely tossing the case in the garbage.

I bought this tool set for my 3 year old son. It looked like a great toy but i was disappointed as soon as he opened it. its not made well at all and many pieces already broke. the case that's meant to hold the tools has 2 brackets to close it shut. 1 broke in the first few minutes. the goggles cracked. the hammer broke in 2 as he was banging. the tool belt is very cute but does not hold the tools well. i am overall very disappointed with this gift.

Purchased for my almost 4 year old. She LOVED it! And figured it out quickly. The amount of tools is amazing. However there is only 3 screws and 2 pieces to use them with. So you'll definitely have to buy more to play with. But this was the best set of tools I found. We wanted a tool belt, working drill and carrying case. I definitely recommend!

Received this tool kit and looked great. Unfortunately the pliers within a short while of opening the set.Contacted suppler. Fantastic communication and item replaced straight away.
