It took awhile of consistently taking it before feeling its effects(studies on collogen mostly say it takes 8 weeks but it was around week 5 for me) but once it did I could definately feel the difference especially on the days after hard workouts.

There is simply no getting around that this Feel Iceland Age Rewind Skin Therapy is likely the single most overpriced collagen product I've ever reviewed. At $72 for less than a quarter pound of capsuled, powdered marine collagen, this borders on the ridiculous.The capsules are easy to take with other supplements. That makes them more convenient than powdered collagen supplements, but the dosage is also very low. A serving consists of eight capsules which makes two grams of collagen. There is only 60 grams of collagen in the whole 240 capsule jar.My favorite collagen product, Left Coast Performance Multi-Collagen, provides 10 grams of collagen per serving, along with Biotin, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C. A two pound jar of it is less than $50.I would not recommend this to a friend as there are much less expensive ways to add quality collagen products to your diet. This product is just a ripoff.

Seems like a solid product and I feel good after being on it after a while. The only downside is the cost!

FIRST, THE GOOD NEWSI was VERY glad that These Collagen capsules are from Marine Sources, because just last month, I saw some Collagen supplements claiming to help with all kinds of things, but it came from Rooster Combs. Yeah, the thing on top of a Rooster head on a farm. The first thing I thought was, “Eww, Gross!” I do eat chicken breast sometimes and fish, but I do not eat beef or pork or animal parts, so I did not want to get Collagen from that brand.THESE ARE FROM VERY GOOD MARINE SOURCESThey say: “Our Amino Marine Collagen is pure hydrolyzed collagen powder made from Icelandic wild fish skin caught in the clean Atlantic Ocean, with no additives, making it easily digestible, resulting in higher absorption and efficacy...”THE BAD NEWSFor the price of this can, you would think it would be sealed incredibly well, but mine was NOT.The can itself had a thin, stiff kind of plastic on it, but not all the way around or over the lid good. It actually just about fell off the can when I took it off. And then when I took the lid off, the seal on top of the can literally came off with the lid. Most bottles of supplements I have gotten lately have a very thick plastic seal around the cap, and the seal on the bottle is super glued on.However, you could tell that the lid could not have been removed, because the shrink wrap was still on it. So I am giving this 5 stars.THE CANThe can is different. I like it. It seems big but it Does fit in the medicine cabinet.MY EXPERIENCEAbout three weeks ago, I must have twisted my knee. It hurt like heck for a while, and a couple of nights I could barely walk through the store even when hanging onto the shopping cart. That’s why I got these and they seem to have already started working.My knee is really feeling better already.To be honest though, I have been taking Triple Strength Osteo Bi-Flex for many years. It is the only thing that keeps my back feeling 100%, 90% of the time.Before Osteo Bi-Flex I was in chiropractor offices every month. ONLY Osteo Bi-Flex has really helped my back. BUT, there is no Collagen in those, so I think these did help.After my knee is totally better I will continue to take these and see what they do for my skin.

I tried this multiple times but the taste is SO STRONG I really couldn't stomach it more than two or three times. It tastes super super super collagen-y. Sort of like how mucus smells. I know that's such a gross description but I could not get past how pungent it was. Mixed it in a few different things and it is just not for me.The ingredients list is solid and if what the packaging says is true then it seems to be sourced from a good place.As for the consistency, it was slow to mix in but once it did it was smooth and no chunks were left behind. It comes with a little scooper and is sealed in a nice tin container.If you don't mind the taste of strong collagen then I would say go ahead and try this, as the nutritional value seems to be very good.This product though, unfortunately was not for me.
