Worth my Money- fresh, delicious, and tastey
The tulsi tea has stems & seeds, but I feel like that is to be expected with such a plant that has more stem & seed pods than other types of plants.Anyways, it has a nice taste, and although I've drank green leaf tulsi that was slightly more fragrant, I still get a decent cup of tulsi tea from this Tao brand. It's not stale, and is of good quality.

The best tasting tea, and supports good health.
We LOVE this tea and have enjoyed a pot every day for several years. Now, it is unavailable. We have found nothing to replace it.

Yum
After reading about tulsi (or Holy Basil, its other name) I bought this to build up my ammunity in general. Just going by what has been written about tulsi, and its use over many years, I think its a good choice if we are going to make something healthy and delicious to drink anyway. I make it year-round, sometimes mix it with green tea and lemon juice and stevia. It's good hot or cold. Will keep on ordering this spicy tea.

A mild-medium brew
This tulsi tastes earthy, clovey, and a little spicy (maybe dirty). It is not as flavorful as davidsons tulsi, or home-grown green tulsi. The quantity is great for the price, quality is ok. You are also paying for organic vs conventional. 3.5/5Update: I started rinsing the tea before brewing, the flavor is much better, and was milder on the stomach. 4/5

Quality tea supplier to long time satisfied customer.
Second purchase this product. Great health benefits when used frequently. We mix Rama and Krishna in the morning with Rooibos for brighter flavor.

Extremely bitter
I was trying to recreate a cold sparkling yuzu matcha drink I’d had at a cafe, but this didn’t come close. Super bitter, and no discernible yuzu flavor

This stuff is soooo good! It is fresh and well packaged
This stuff is soooo good! It is fresh and well packaged. I love the taste, the smell and the way it makes me feel. I also bought the purple leaf but I prefer the green.

Bitter, muddy, little yuzu flavor.
I really, REALLY wanted to like this. I love matcha. I love yuzu! The two go great together in a refreshing, vibrant drink. When I saw this item, and noted that it was matcha naturally flavored with yuzu and no sweeteners added, it seemed like a no brainer. That's everything I wanted!Unfortunately, this is neither good matcha nor is it good yuzu flavor. The matcha, at least in the batch I received, is a dull olive color, with a murky, muddy flavor. As for the yuzu flavor...I could get some vaguely citrusy notes, but it was mostly masked by intense bitterness - I'd almost wager that the yuzu flavoring comes from the peel that still had pith mixed in, because it certainly wasn't just yuzu sourness or normal unsweetened tea bitterness I was tasting. It was a nasty, harsh bitterness. In short, bad matcha, bad yuzu flavoring, and a terrible let down. I'm rating it a 2 because I intend to try to make matcha-citrus sugar cookies, and I'm crossing my fingers that the stuff is at least good enough to bake with.
