this may not be for everyone, but I love my steeper. My husband got it for me. It was suggested by a dear friend of mine who has a larger version of a name brand and this is just the right size for my coffee cup, though the rim size may not be exact for my coffee cup, but I have several other cups that do it’s very very well flows freely in the right amount of heat. The lid works properly. The bottom spring operated works properly. If you were a tea drinker and looking for small alternatives going herbal this should be one of your number one item to have for your herbal tea session. I get about 2 cups out this one. It is easy cleaning and well-built Quality.

Great little brewer if you are looking for one cup of tea or coffee. Would suggest a little coarser grind than drip coffee just to avoid the fine particles getting through. Only disadvantage is volume capacity for me. 1 good cup and that's it.

I use this to brew all my loose teas. Super easy to use and no juggling to pour since the tea comes out from the bottom with applied pressure. The only downside is clean up. I always worry about breaking the lid off.

Love this! Sturdier than any other similar ones I have previously owned. Well worth it.
