I have been using these Cardiotabs Probiotic capsules for some time now. I take one first thing in the morning. I have read over the years that our immune system is dependent on how healthy our gut, our digestive system is. Good bacteria crowds out bad bacteria. I believe especially during this time of pandemic it is especially important to have a good immune system.

I have used all the cardiotabs for years at the recommendation of our doctor. They have worked beautifully to keep me healthy. They help to supplement when we sometimes don’t slip from our healthy diets. And the probiotics have helped me to lose a few pounds.

I LOVE this probiotic. I've been taking it everyday for weeks and am completely addicted to the anti-bloating and regularity-promoting effects! I've also noticed improvements in my skin, with no other changes to my diet. The only other supplement I am taking is Cardiotabs Curcumin and will definitely continue to take both!

Once a day pill which regulates the digestive system. Seems very effective without the side effects of gas and bloating.
