Atlantic City Drama
This is a story of a trickster who brings his straight brother along for the ride. Surprisingly, Jack Nicholson plays the straight brother. Set in the seedy holiday waterfront, it has many unusual characters and scenes. The ending is a bolt from the blue. Well-observed. Fans of Bob Rafelson's better-known 'Five Easy Pieces' will enjoy this. A long film, may be better appreciated watched over two nights.

A classic Jack Nicholas and Bruce Dern film
Like 'Five Easy Peices' (another classic Jack film) this is a drama about two very dysfunctional brothers who have issues to resolve and sort out some but ends before all could be spoken with a shock finale!

An extraordinary collection of iconic American films. As the reviewer on bluray. com says, it would take a week just to appreciate the ridiculous amount of supplementary material on each of these discs. Quite amazing quality from start to finish and the best excuse ( if one was needed) to buy a region free bluray player. Criterion should be applauded from on high, wonderful stuff.
