Item was delivered on time. No defects. Works perfectly for my 01 ram 1500. Ease to install, no noise, its powerful and blows air through the hole truck.

This is the third fan that I have had in my 2005 Dodge Ram. The last replacement unit was a low priced one that turned out to be very noisy and vibrated at the higher speeds. When I removed this fan from the box, I noticed it had been balanced with a small weight on one of the fins; a good sign. Fifteen minutes later it was installed and running. The fan was very quiet, no noticeable vibration at any speed and it felt like more air was coming out of the vents. This fan cost a little more, but in my opinion, well worth it.

Works great easy to install and quite

Wish I bought this first and saved myself $500. Auto shop charged me $500 for a blower and had to have it changed twice and due to it be VERY LOUD. They didn't want to warranty the 2nd one so I bought this and have been very satisfied so far. Super easy to instal. Wish I would've done it myself to begin with.

Blower motor lasted about month. From the beginning, had a whining noise when it would speed up or slow down. a week or 2 after install, if AC was ran at full speed for too long it would start to give an electrical burning smell through vents. About 3 weeks into use, sometimes it would start making noise when AC ran at full speed. Now i have to run AC at low speeds or it will make all kinds of noises and vibrate the whole dash. Trash product. I know it was cheap to begin with, but i think it should last longer than 1 month.

this fan/motor is a direct replacement and makes a slight humming noise from new as the brushes need to "bed" to the commutator within the motor itself- once bedded the motor works flawless and doesn't make a sound. I noticed the motor run silent within a week of regular commuting plus you can't beat the price. The fan blows a great volume of air and does not even make sound on first 3 settings - as for any sound at highest settings it's trying to push a lot of air through convoluted and changing size ducts and vents... no difference from when van was new
