I ordered this product for my husband as a gift to jump start his weight loss journey. He's about 5' 9" and weighs about 265 lbs. I was a little concerned because he has a fairly large stomach that sits high(what we typically call a "beer belly"). I decided to go with the largest size and it FITS!! Not only does it fit but it pulls all the way over his belly. Very pleased. Hope this helps with trying to decide on size.

i highly recommend this sauna vest. This is the best that I had ever use. I bought some similar products before, this has the best quaility and lowest price. The vest works great as mention in the product description. No doubt about it. I can feel the tummy fat is buring when I wear it while doing the exercise. The vest doesn't have the strong chemicals like others would have. When I wear it like 5 minues, I am sweating already! This is an amazing product, I think this vest will help me loss extra fat and build up a strong body. The zipper is durable and can last from multiple uses.I recommend washing it on cold water with light soap as recommended. Im 178cm 75kg, the L fits me just right. Undoubtedly, I will purches this procut again when my wight got lost.

I've only been using it for almost a week, I like to wear shirts that are 3x even tho my size is like 2x I just like big stuff its comfortable. I bought this in a large because I wanted it to be tight to my body and its was the right choice. I would suggest for fitting, if you can fit into a large shirt then get this in a large 😉 anyways it dose make me sweat more i can definitely feel everything in my upper body is hotter and it makes me feel good about my body when I have it on even tho I'm not fat or anything im self conscious about my body.

I ordered this product to aid in losing weight and working out. I am 6’7” so that does play into how well things fit me. This vest fits well, but it does fall a little short of where I’d like it to reach. It definitely does the job, and it’s not too uncomfortable. I have regularly worn it all day with no problems. It’s pretty durable as well, my 80lb bulldog got a hold of it, and it survived with no major damage.

It was too big I followed the size guide and got an XL, a large would be much better because it does stretch. Excellent quality though. Contacted seller and they were really awesome and I will be getting my xl swapped out for a large with no problems. Highly recommend. I would suggest getting it a size smaller if you want it to be snug and not shifting around when you are working out

I have been wearing this product for approximately two days, or more a day and a half now since I received it. I purchased it to help with my high stomach and the pluckiness/overlap of my stomach when wearing my clothes. Followed the size chart, the recommendation on what size to buy for the suitable fit and purpose, yet the zipper was an actual challenge at first as it was a struggle getting the zipper to move upward. But, eventually, I figured it out that at least for me I would need to hold the two firm in one hand and sort of wiggle the zip.Moving on, as I said I have worn it for a day and a half now, and the printed label on the product is peeling off already.For the time I've worn it, its absolutely comfortable, but I am not sure just yet if its "working" for the purpose it was bought for.. We'll see

Works! Is not itchy or uncomfortable. It does rise up when running or lifting over your head, having to pull it down regularly. The zip kinda bulges all the way up the middle but it’s no big deal. Worth the money
