Gorgeous colour and looks so smart. It is lightweight but durable and very practical. I love how it can be adapted to stand the tablet up too. Definitely recommend this, I've had it for years and it still looks amazing. Such good value and helps protect the screen.

Excellent case for the 10.1 Fire tablet. Really well made and fits the tablet exactly and does look rather posh! The case does add a little weight but really feels robust. The case design allows the cover to fold back and form a stand for the tablet making it easy to watch movies in comfort.

In terms of protection, the case is good. Its slim and seems rugged. Pretty much like the kindle cases. The price asked is pretty high.The sturdiness as a stand is ok. It requires the user to ensure one of the origami cover corners stays magnetically pinned to the back of the case. Either landscape (ok angle) or portrait (stands a little too upright). No adjustments, you get what you get - for myself, medium height, portrait mode is ok. For someone taller, in portrait mode, it possible reduces the viewing angle too much.Where it falls down for me is compromises sound. I get it, the design aims to enclose the case sound holes when case is closed. But the origami design means when open in landscape mode the speakers are projecting upwards and any richness being lost in space.If it was oriented so to project downwards, eg onto a table, it would generally provide a better fuller sound. Alas, when case closed, the holes would be exposed.Bit of a shame as listening to the kids fires, in the kids covers the sound is actually fantastic. Thanks to going one step further and sound 'cups' direct the sound forward in whatever way you use those covers.So maybe the origami whilst interesting and clever design, it causes issues.

I mistakenly ordered a black cover instead of blue to match my new blue Kindle, I was going to send it back and order the blue one, but when it arrived it is more of a dark grey /black and is very smart looking. I thought it was a bit pricey but it obviously fits perfectly as it was designed for the kindle and it seems sturdy and protective so I'm very pleased with it.

This is our 2nd purchase of this tablet within our family and this is such a great device. Very easy to set up, clear HD screen, quick to browse and set up. This can very cleverly copy apps over from another Amazon tablet which you have linked to your account. This is such value for money and at the fraction of the Apple i pads, we find these last longer and are better products!

Perfect accessory for the Fire 10 HD. As it was designed specifically for this tablet, everything is in the right place. The front flap contains a magnetic strip which when the flap is closed, sends the Fire HD to sleep without fully powering down. This results in an 'instant on' scenario where you can get to work immediately. In addition, the flap folds back with a split down the middle (fully covered however, to form a stand for desktop working.It's pricey but right for the job. In my view, Amazon recovering some of the tablet production cost. (It's not an uncommon practice however)

Die Fire HD 10 Schutzhülle von Amazon kam wie immer flott und im typischen orangen Design. Eine Anleitung liegt zwar bei, das System ist aber selbsterklärend. Hülle aufklappen und Tablet hinein klipsen. Ist das Tablet mal drinnen hält es Bomben fest. Es lässt sich aber falls nötig wieder einfach und ohne viel Kraftaufwand aus der Hülle entfernen. Man merkt hier, dass alles vom selben Hersteller kommt. Der Teil wo das Tablet hinein kommt besteht aus Kunststoff, außen ist die Hülle von einer Stoffoberfläche überzogen. Alle Elemente (EIN AUS Taste, Lauter Leiser, Lautsprecher, Kopfhöreranschluss) sind leicht erreichbar, nur die SD Karte wird von der Hülle verdeckt. Habe mich bei der Hülle für blau entschieden (wie das Tablet). Beide Farben sind ident und die Hülle wertet das Tablet von der Optik her zusätzlich auf. Der Fronteil der Hülle lässt sich komplett umklappen, was beim Lesen und halten des Tablets sehr angenehm ist. Weiters schaltet sich das Tablet automatisch ein und aus wenn man die Hülle öffnet oder schließt. Die Hülle besitzt außerdem einen faltbaren Ständer (Frontseite der Hülle lässt sich knicken). Dies ermöglicht eine waagrechte und senkrechte Positionierung des Tablets.Fazit: perfekte, auf das Tablet abgestimmte Hülle. Lediglich den Preis finde ich etwas zu hoch.
