I feel like I’ve been scammed. I read all provided documentation and understood that if the name was longer, the art would be smaller; however, this is ridiculous. The name I submitted was a single letter longer than the picture. In what world would it require being that tiny? I was so excited to present this to my friends as wedding decor. Now what is supposed to be? A cake topper? Don’t waste your money. You can’t return custom items.What a rip off.Seller, be more transparent. Don’t hide behind policies that ask a customer to trust your best judgement, and then screw them over. Update your photos to be honest.Amazon, we use your services constantly. I wish you would require transparency with your sellers. Especially those who don’t allows returns.

Great value for the money. It’s thin but pretty sturdy, held up to being taped to a brick wall. Bought this for my baby shower, and will re-use for the mini nursery we are setting up @ my mother’s house. I plan on buying a bigger one for the baby’s actual room. Also fantastic customer service. I emailed them to ask about shipping and if they could guarantee it would be here on a certain date. They shipped within 24 hours and it got here in time in perfect condition. I will recommend them to all my friends!

This product was advertised as being 12" X 35". It gave an option of ordering 12" or 17" and advised that the 12" might look small. I ordered the 17" thinking the final product would be 17" X 35". It was not. It was 12" high and 17" long. It looks okay but is somewhat small, which is what I was trying to avoid. I probably should have contacted someone for clarification before ordering it, so that is on me. I will still use it, but I would advise that you seek advice before ordering the item to make sure you are getting the right size. It is very thin so somewhat flimsy. It does look cute. There are no hangers attached, but we will figure that out.

This came out better than expected and was as described. The seller definitely put customer satisfaction first when dealing with issues. We will definitely be using them again.

The sign came out beautiful. It is very thin and therefore even with carefully trying to push it out of its wrapping it still cracked on one side. It was easy to super glue and not noticeable after painting. It’s a great value for the price!

This looks amazing, better than expected (not taking it apart because it’s a gift) but it’s beautiful. Very pleased and would recommend this again and again. Will get them for my children now too!

First time ordering here and little worried. But the wood name frame I order came out perfect. I was able to email about some concerns and got a respond the very next day. It reassured me the size. I did not purchased the name plate to be colored, even though you can. I did that my own. there are lots of option from fonts, size, color etc. to choose from. Will be ordering again soon.
