Pictured is the heavy duty commercial clutch with 6 white pads which offers twice the resistance to wear and twice the durability of the standard home clutch with three white pads. What was delivered was the three-pad, non-commercial clutch. So what are you going to do with your washing machine broken and your clothes piling up? You're going to be cheesed to the back teeth the whole time you're installing this because you have no choice and writing a review to help someone else avoid this purchase.

I specifically selected this item because the product photos clearly show multiple pictures of a product that has at least 6 clutch lining pads (the white material that actually comes into contact with the metal wheel housing in the washer). For anybody that knows anything about how these work, the more surface area that contacts the metal wheel the better. The more contact area the linings provide the longer they should last. However, the part that showed up today only had 3 clutch lining pads, like most others on Amazon do. Please see the attached photos. The photo with the white background is from their Amazon advertisement (captured in case they try to change it). The photos with the brown table in the back, is what I received today. Not the same part. Not even close. False advertising. Unhappy, but will put it in I guess to get the washing machine to run at least for a little while.

This washer clutch is great. However, I bought this clutch because according to the image, it has 5 pads which I went by when purchasing this Item. This clutch in reality only comes with 3 clutch pads with was a bummer because I could have gotten the same clutch with 3 pads for cheaper.

It worked but according to the phot it was 6 pad. it was only 3 pad when recieved

The picture shows 6 "break shoes" I got one with only 3 on it.I though I was buying a upgraded clutch pad . The part works fine & matches the original.Just misleading in the picture.

Washer works great now!

This product is very cheaply made. It didn't last 20 washloads before being completely worn down and quit doing what it was designed to do.
