At the 2 month mark one of the triggers broke . Unfortuntely the return window is only 1 month for this product but theres a stated 12 month warranty. Some context, I play upwards of 6 hours a day and play competitive and am a leaderboard player for my respective game. I also livestream etc so the amount of wear and tear on this product for me is probably much higher than the avg. usagePros:-Dimple style heptic trigger-Fan stays on for literally 12+ hours- vertical clamp style- Comfortable in the handCons:-Trigger plastic is kinda thin but didnt break-The black connecting piece from the trigger to the heptic dimple broke- doesnt have rubber pads/guards where it clamps to your phone so it will scratch your phone unless you add your ownAll in all this is the best concept for mobile phone trigger ive found, Fan lasts forever and the ergonomics are great. They could improve it with slightly stronger material and rubber guards and it would literally turn this into a 5+ star rating. Maybe design one made for higher wear n tear for competitive players for a higher price point? Would help if they could make it less loud also. The clicking is very noticeable but doesnt effect over all performance.Update: Company got back to me. Within 5 days of my first email i had a replacement set of triggers at my door step. Thats amazing customer service and glad to see they honor their warranty and back up their products.Update 2: So this will be my third controller im buying. The plastic piece that connects the trigger to the heptic rubber head keeps breaking. I use the pieces from my first controller to replace the plastic piece tht kept breaking but I finally ran out so Now I gotta buy another controller. I really really hope the manufacturer decides to upgrade tht black piece of plastic because its literally the only thing that breaks and it sucks to have to take it apart to replace that piece all the time.Update 3/Suggestions: So if you guys can make the plastic piece mentioned above stronger as well as create a new controller that is a radiator type controller with the same layout you would absolutely own the market as theres no radiator type controller setup thats battery powered. All of them have to be plugged on. Just a suggestion.

I had the two button version before this and I needed the extra two for a total of 4. Makes games so much easier to play. I had tried the other type where it splits vertically rather than horizontally. That type didn't work well for me. Always felt like it was flexing weird when using it. This horizontal split seems to work much better. Bottom portion feels fairly sturdy and when getting exciting doesn't flex weird on me. Fan is strong enough for the job and lasts all day if you are only using the fan. It does work with the fan on when plugged in to charge at the same time. I had to take my phone case off of my phone to use with any of these types of controllers.

They say that this thing has a 4000 mAH battery, it doesn't. It has an 800 mAH battery that is only for the fan. It's loud, clunky, and the only working feature is the extra triggers. If you solely want that, then go ahead, but there are far cheaper options for the same thing. The reason why I gave it such a low star rating is because of their false advertising.

Had what I would consider an inferior controller compared to this one when it comes to overall build quality. Problem is that this one has one minor flaw that is it's achilles heel. It's return spring. This one little spring is not secured sufficient enough to ensure longevity of the controller. 3 rounds of COD Frontline and one popped out. I never found it but I easily removed this one for the picture. Also my one plus 7t pro won't fit while in Supcase. I had to use a tpu case instead. Perhaps remove the steel actuator tape and replace with coil spring with enough surface area to conduct the static charge and also return finger actuator to neutral position. I wore out all 4 pads on a controller designed like that before I bought this one as it's replacement. In the future an aluminum design, a rubber coating for better grip and ability to accommodate a 6.5" phone with a decent case would be great and I would definitely purchase multiples. Good design, just needs a little more r&d.

I've been playing cod mobile, so far works great, the fan gets the job done, I haven't charged my phone with it to test the battery but, i did charged my earbuds and no problems there, so i definitely recommend this product.

First off I want to say I really like the controller. I play Call Of Duty Mobile a lot and this helps compete with the iPad warriors that use 6 finger claw. It's super easy to use and comfortable in my hands, I could literally play for hours. But........ These controllers are 10000% useless if this little spring they have under the triggers. This spring allows the triggers to tap your screen that controls your desired button layout. I LITERALLY have 7 of these because the spring kept breaking. This is ridiculous. I really don't understand why they would use something so small, thin and very fragile on this controller. Can you guys please switch something up because I've read a lot of comments and there's numerous complaints about this piece. PLEASE Fix this. I love the product, but I'm tired of buying them.
