Sleek and functional
If you’re handy, this is super easy to install. It looks great, sleek and I no longer need to worry about random folks using my water.

Most important to know before ordering it is the size needed.
I recommend buying it, it's easy to install.Really will save you money as there is no leaking whatsoever. Beside looking really nice, the material is really solid. Material not cheap, will be buying more in near future and will recommend to family members.

Used for our New Home
I installed 3 of these on our new home. I used 6/4 LP Smart trim material as blocking. The installation was very easy, especially if you're working with rim joist space. Per the instructions, I used teflon tape and plumbing thread putty. PLEASE remember to remove the threaded connector from the Aquor unit before tightening your own fitting on it. I used a 1/2" NPT to PEX-A adapter. These brass fittings are sold almost everywhere. So far I think the design and concept has impressed those who have seen these on our house. They usually ask, "What is this thing? Is it an outlet?". I love the slim design. Hopefully these units last forever and don't have any leaks.I will likely purchase the optional stainless steel covers, to replace the plastic ones. But that's for later...I highly recommend.

Great alternative to Arrowhead "frost free" bibs.
I bought the Aquor Wall Hydrant V2+ 2 years ago prior to having 2 children and a broken back. Today I finally finished the install. My biggest hurdle was that I should have bought the retrofit but I wanted the anti-siphon for code. When my arrowhead started dumping water out of the weep holes in my North Texas house in February 2022, I could not see where the leak was, rather than pay a plumber to destroy my dry wall and brick for $850, I decided to DIY. Cutting the dry wall, digging out the spray insulation, cutting the 2x4 mount, and unscrewing the Arrowhead pipe (that burst right outside the weather barrier) was easy, so was installing a shark bite cutoff valve and access panel in my bathroom linen closet. Cutting through the brick exterior of my home however, took days, buying cheap tools, a few more days, buying more expensive tools and finally after a lot of physical therapy (broken back), 2 kids, and nearly 2 years I finally got this sucker installed. Going back, if I were going to do it again I would do the retrofit hydrant and an aftermarket anti siphon attached to the coupler (far far less work). Good quality materials though, nice finish, I'll probably upgrade to the stainless cover in the future but for now the plastic on the teak block will do just fine. Flow is great and now I don't have to worry about coming outside to find one of the kids has been running the water for an hour while Daddy was working in the garage.

Love the Quality!
Sleek and Modern!! The Aquor looks Great! We had our plumber install in our new construction, so that was easy 🤷🏻♀️ Love the simplicity of attaching the hose because of arthritis. No more messy hose on the front to ruin a first impression. Def worth the money.

Compact design and good upgrade
Great upgrade to your existing traditional wall hydrant. In my case I have 6 years old hydrant which is 18 inch length sticking inside the basement for which I have to frame it differently to hide it. It is available in variable lengths and I was able to fit this in to existing framing by selecting 4 inch one. Plumber installed it for me and he gave very good reviews. took less than 45 min but he need to cut the wall to install. He needed to use a flat plate on top of existing sidings which took most of the time. Great buy.

V2+ works for retrofits as well, high quality (but pricy) upgrade - recommended!
High quality upgrade for your house. Even though Aquor tells you to use the V1 for retrofits, the V2+ version works for retrofits as well. The advantage of the V2+: the backflow preventer is in the hydrant and not in the adapter, so less hassle in the long-term. Overall we love this pricy upgrade but there are a few things to watch out for:- the included stainless-steel screws are a bit short for some walls, you may have to get longer #10 stainless steel screws- the included grey plastic cover looks cheap, go for the (pricy) stainless-steel cover upgrade- the vacuum breaker dribbles water over the wall every time you unhook the adapter, frequent water runs may stain your siding in the long-term- changing the Viton rings in the hydrant requires access from the back, so after 20 years you'll have to re-open your wall (or put a removable cover there)- if you have to connect to PEX you will have to buy a separate (pricy) adapter, I wish Aquor would offer the hydrants with different adapter options in the bag, so you don't have to spend extra money

The end removes for the 90% to go on.
This is a great product and I would recommend for anyone needing a good looking frost free.
