Delicious
Great alternative to regular pasta. Behaves and tastes similar but with the benefit of lower carbs and more nutrients. Wish it came with a bit more in the box but if you toss it in some vegetables and a thick sauce it'll beef it up nicely.

good alternative
These are a good alternative to regular spaghetti. we like them. be aware that you may want to cook them a bit longer than is recommended as otherwise they can taste tough. If you turn the heat off and let them sit in the hot water for a short time (15 minutes or so) they will not fall apart like regular spaghetti, so that is a plus. I take them out of the water rather than pouring the water through a strainer and down the drain. I save the liquid in the freezer or refrigerator to use in soups - especially if I make a soup with red lentils in it, or if I cook red lentils in a slow cooker.

Good but 8 ounces
The pasta is good but pay attention to the weight. 8 ounces. Not the usual 1pound.

These are a new staple for us. They aren't like pasta but they taste good.

A Good Gluten-free Alternative to Traditional Wheat Pasta
I love having options especially Gluten-Free options to traditional wheat pasta. If you do too, this is another good option. It is made of flour from red lentils. The taste is great, and it doesn't start falling apart or getting mushy during cooking like some other alternative flour made pasta do. We think you will love this, too.

Need to cook longer than what is suggested
After making this for dinner - I realized that for most gluten-free noodles, the boiling time needs to be extended. I made the mistake of not tasting it before draining out the water. Texture was like biting into red vine candy. I will give it another chance bc I really think these noodles can work when cooked longer than what they suggest on the box.

Very fake taste , not tasty at all. I wanted soft not hard as a rock . Or over cooked hard.
