Arrived broken
The media could not be loaded. Yes, mine arrived broken too. I do not know how it broke when it is in a plastic hard shell. I'd say very poor quality. It does not take much to break. I will glue together. Not good. Has to be cheaper this quality. It is cute otherwise.

Gift for Mom
This was supposed to be a gift for my mom. When it came it was obvious the product was defective. I was in the process of returning it and getting a different one but my mom changed her mind and decided to keep it. Giving 4 stars because of the defective wording on the figurine, but it did arrive earlier than expected and the return process was going smoothly before my mom decided to keep it
