Good price. Gotta put yourself in a weird angle to get to the back bolts. Need the right depth socket and extension combination in narrow area between hvac and pedal. The mounting bolts are locking type and cannot be spun off by hand once loosened.

Faulty part
I had the mechanic install it for me 6-7 weeks ago. I had to take my car into the shop again about a week ago. It turns out it was a faulty part. Just purchased a new one and cost me double the money because it was faulty and I can't return it. I should have known cause the box looked partially open when it arrived.
