Works like a champ
This board worked like a champ as soon as I put it together for a project I was building. Had not issue with programing it or connecting to the bluetooth LE with a phone. Really nice quality board and circuits. Maybe high for price for building many projects with this board and I hope it comes down in price over time.

Needed for a wearable project
Purchased this to modify an adafruit project and something that I could use as a wearable piece. Soldering was easy and works as advertised, no difficult set up.

Worked perfect together. Went on to build my custom app ...
Does exactly what I expected it to do. Downloaded several of the Adafruit Example sketches and the Adafruit Android BLE app. Worked perfect together. Went on to build my custom app which ties the Bluetooth with IR remote functionality. If I had any misgivings they are due to limited memory available after including all of the libraries. I'm strongly considering the MO version in order to expand my sketch do all the things I want to do.

Great Board
I love this little board. As easy to program as an arduino - using the same IDE.PLUS you get WiFi! I have wifi enabled several devices with these and will continue to use these on future projects

Great PERIPHERAL BLE device
This device works great it is nice and small and can be easily embedded into a system. ADAFRUIT also has great documentation on the device for you to begin using it and start programming it.If you connect to your computer and the device is not showing up even though you have installed all the required drivers and libraries, the problem might be in your micro-USB cable since your micro-USB cable might only support charging and not data transfer.The reason for it being 4 stars is because the device can only run as a peripheral device, which means that other BLE device can search and connect to this device but this device cannot search for other devices and connect to them. If you want to use this as a master you might be able to achieve that by flashing a different firmware. ADAFRUIT also specifically stated in their document that this device does not work as a master device. Thus always read the documentation before buying anything.

really surprised at how easy these are to use
My first Arduino, really surprised at how easy these are to use. Love the bluetooth capability and it runs for about a day on a 350mah battery sitting idle.
