Like other customers saying about pieces of crystals missing is true but It didn’t bother me I love the look. I’ll just buy extra crystals pieces to replace them; They kind of expensive but what are we gonna do it is what it is. I was thinking to buy another lamp just to replace the missing pieces

Be prepared, as others have stated it is extremely time consuming and difficult to install. My husband installed, bless his heart. He wanted me to send it back aftera few hours, yeap hours. So many pieces so have time on hand, we broke a few pieces. Silly us we tried to connect crystals before mounting bad idea. That was not a good idea, it was hard to see the holes to line it up with the connector. We were sweating and had muscle failure. Decided to remove all the crystals and try that way. So after a few hours my husband decided to call it quits however he was determined. The next day he when I came home from work he had it installed. With all of this being said it turned out beautifully, but major headache. Directions were not clear at all. Good thing my husband can make anything work. I have two more that I need to get. Once installed as you can see it makes a statement. God bless if you are gonna purchase. Have patient or hire someone.

The media could not be loaded.  This chandelier is perfect for a touch of elegance. Makes the custom closet look more valuable. Very pretty and it wasn’t hard to add each individual piece. But you jus have to be careful to make sure all the glass pieces line up evenly. I didn’t realize it until after it got hung up(adjustable lengths) that my husband who said I did it quickly, then tells me why are they uneven. It didn’t bother me too much and it’s not that obvious unless it’s pointed out. But it is definitely worth the money. And as far as the color it’s like a brushed gold and it fits perfectly with our color scheme in our room.

The chandelier is really pretty, but one of the crystals was broken and I do not know how to contact the seller to get a replacement

Beautiful Light Fixture. I ordered two for my kitchen. The crystals come partially hung so you only have to bend the clip on one side. They don’t send any extra crystals with this one so be careful when hanging and the crystals seem heavier than the other fixtures in this line. My whole house looks amazing! Price was great and installed easy.

I would have returned this product if I had unwrapped and put the crystals on.I read other reviews about it being bent and checked mine out when I got it, looked perfect. It was perfectly round not bends or anything… Got it hung up, placed all the crystals…. I’m missing 3 crystals!!! On top of that the light socket part is so far over it pushes the crystals out and I have bought every bulb size I could find to try and it will not lay flat.. it is bent so far over unless I remove 3 light bulbs it won’t lay flat. So the crystals stick out on 3 sides… it’s so disappointing. So be aware if ordering, it could be a very nice light or you could end up with the problem I have. It would be such a pain to remove the crystals, wrap them up, take the light down, re wrap and ship back. I am very disappointed.. I know $150 isn’t a lot for a light fixture but to me that’s a lot of money and I was hoping for better.
