Camphor has a holy feeling as it is used in every Hindu Pooja and Aarti. Camphor lamp is used in homes, office or factories as it purifies the atmosphere by removing all types of negative energies like tension, depression, Vaastu defects, black magic and bad planetary effects. It also helps in improving health of the person. The fragrance of camphor cleanses the air and improves its odor. Camphor lamp should be burned every day for 4 to 5 hr. How to use: Remove the lid from the top and fill the upper bowl with water and put few pieces of raw camphor in it. Replace the lid. In the section below put oil (mustard, til) in the bowl and place cotton wick in the spring. Now burn it. The black carbon that got accumulated is the negative energies. As the air get cleaner formation of this carbon will reduce.

Came in great condition, quickly and with only a slight difference from the photos. The difference is the oil lamp part which is a stilted bowl with the wick holder attachment, which is far better for function than the low bowl that uses ball wicks or long ones laid to the side which don't work out in this kind of warmer at all. Glad I didn't have to find and buy it separately.As expected it needed some cleaning before use, but other than that two minute polish it was ready to go right out of the box.For new users of these kind of lamps: never use lamp oil or any other evaporative fuel in them. These are for vegetable oils only.

This product is nice, however there is no handle for the diya, and the Brass lamp gets very hot. The diya is small and is difficult to refill with oil ( have to wait to cool). Please be care for burns from using this lamp.

Do not buy , quality is not good
Very bad foul smell from the metal. Also the metal has so many cuts and gaps the finish is really bad .
