I bought this where I would need more than 4 ports and not all the ports would have to be on at the same time. Therefore, having individual switches is a good option in this case. The product came out packaged well and was delivered on time. It also has a small power indicator to check the power supply. Cord length is sufficient when plugged into monitors. Another good thing is that it is portable and suitable for travel. Overall, a pretty good value for money.

Had one before and liked it until the lights burned out so i got another one

It's not a too bad product for its price $$$.It's TOO light-weight and hence its stability is a real PAIN in the ASS hence my Grading.

Purchased 12/3/21 & went to back up files from laptop, communication between laptop & storage device no longer works except for the blue lights. From the beginning this worked great, have 6 storage drives for backup. I have ever had more than 2 storage devices on at same time so this unit was never taxed. I did try plugging the one storage device into all usb slots but none worked. I did unplug this unit from the laptop & then my storage device into the same laptop usb slot & storage device worked perfectly. Maybe that's why the low cost for a "disposable" hub, though it would've been nice for this to last at least a year or two! Time to shop for an established brands, lesson learned!Update - Barsone reached out to me & offered new product or full refund. I feel they're genuine in supporting their products & customers. I shouldn't been so haste to post the above, a real senior moment! After all, no company out there can provide 100% perfect product 100% of the time. Thus, I changed my rating from 1 to 4 - Thank You Barsone!

So far so goodI can also charge my cell or any other stuff. Because they have a charge port.

This was purchased for cables to attach to work stuff like rechargeable lights and so on rather than usb memory sticks. The one off function ( switches ) to operate each usb A port is a nice touch. Happy with it. Fairly lightweight made I’ll add so no sure how it’d stand the test of time in maybe an office environment where it could be used a lot more.

Needed to get a multi USB adaptor as the monitor I've had to replace my 4-slot monitor with doesn't have any in it and my old biddy of a PC ('95 turned XP. 27 years old and still working bless her). Only particular downside is that my USB mouse doesn't appear to like it (and I made sure the socket was on) and my keyboard decided to throw a fit at being removed from its home by corrupting during installation and therefore breaking.Aside from my temperamental devices resisting, the adaptor works great and I've got room for more wires or memory sticks should I need them.

This arrived in the post and when set up plugged in a couple of gadgets. The slots are very loose and if a cable moves then it disconnects the gadget.NOT the best.

After reading all the great reviews I bought this for work.Extremely flimsy. Connections sat lose. If slightly touched then everything disconnected.Took forever to charge my phone.Returned it and gone back to using my plug.Not the Best.

Go for a slightly more expensive one. Although it’s doesn’t require to be powered by mains like my last one, this one is powered via USB. However, the slightest nudge something disconnects, not handy when working from an external hard drive. The USB’s stick out slightly, not fully in the slot. The lights and switches are a good addition, but don’t make up for the lack of quality.Will be returning for a better one
