Only get the large print kjv. The gutter margins of the nkjv are too small. Yes, it's the kjv. So what. Dake's notes are what you want. They are unparalleled in insight.Don't get the standard size print. Too small.It's a big book. I use a bookstand and reading light. I have 4 earned Bible College degrees, one a doctorate. I've gotten as much from Fennis Jennings Dake's notes as much of the study I did at bible college.

This has become my go to study Bible. I enjoy reading it and it explains things in more detail, which helps me have a better understanding of what I'm reading. I use it to prepare my spiritual teachings.To GOD be the GLORY

I like this item very much, except that the print is much too small. It is difficult for me to read it, and especially the small print for footnotes.

The Dake Study Bible is the best study Bible I have ever read. However I gave this one 4 stars because I do not like the pages of this specific bible. I am still looking for one with nice pages and calfskin soft leather.

Delivery: 💨 saw it got shipped & moving towards me!The text gets too close to the centre binding as reviewed by others, need to press a bit to read towards the binding otw I’ll need to hold more pages & weight if formatted further away. It’s already quite heavy!I’m enjoying the arrangements that Mr Dake highlighted, separating the verses under little headings that make me see what i didn’t before. The references and collections eg. of Moses’ complaints and the Israelis’ complaints through the wilderness make it clearer that God doesn’t like us to complain😅

I had the Dake older version which was slim than this..this is broad & has extra summary of every chapter & book of the Bible!Is perfect for Bible study & deep knowledge of the word of God.Would highly recommend to ALL!!
