Multi-functional back stretcher
What I like most of all is the sturdiness of this back stretcher. I can use it for a variety of stretches and exercises , and it holds up to maximum weight easily. Other devices were either uncomfortable to use or shattered after a few months. I'm close to 73 yrs old but feel half my age because I use this almost daily. It takes a while to get use to, but it becomes easier after awhile.

A unique stretching device
My ex has one of these. I tried it out at her place and it felt good on my L4 bulging disc. So I got me one and have been using it 5-10 mins everyday, for about a week. It may be too early to say for sure, but I think I am experiencing less of the sciatica-type pain down my left leg than before, and it is less intense. I plan to keep on using it, regardless. It just feels great on my back.

Not for my back problem
I have chronic back pain with 3 disc bulge. It's a good stretch but didn't help with the pain.

Depends on where you use it
I am not going to buy a plastic thing with pokey things sticking into one's back. how stupid. This I'm willing to pay for. First time I tried this I had it on a super soft mattress, my back and head were supported w/ lots of pillows and this felt FANTASTIC. The second time I tried this it was on a hard surface no support whatsoever. Omg just no. So I can see in the reviews why some people love it and others hate it. So yes the support surface matters, length of time matters (longer isn't better and in fact can hurt you as tendons stretch), I think the product is well made, I just wish I didn't need it.
