Aroma Touch Mosaic Burner Jupiter 17cm- AR1393

Looks wonderful and a lot safer than the ones with tea lights .

A touch burner come lamp, bulb, wax melt and pen all provided within the order. It was a little pricey but I liked it so I thought what the hell. When it arrived I instantly thought it was worth every penny. It looks amazing, it smells amazing and I absolutely love it. The plate is easy to clean to change the melts and I love the touch function giving it 3 different brightness settings. Also it came the day before it’s due date so I was happy but Fast forward to today, the bulb went out, which left me disappointed. A spare bulb was provided and now I can see why but I’ve only used it for two days, surely they should last longer? Also changing of the bulb is a nightmare. I haven’t got big hands but I couldn’t change it. My hand got stuck because you have to go in from the top so thats not ideal. In the end I had to get my daughter to do it and now it’s up and running again. Overall, I am extremely pleased with it and will be ordering a second one. I just hope the next bulb lasts longer otherwise it looks like I’m stocking up on bulbs as well as wax melts. Because of the bulb incident and how awkward it is to change the bulb I’m giving it 4 stars but from the photos you can see how amazing it looks.

The lamp arrived unfinished!! The picture on Amazon shows a metal finish on the top of the lamp, (under the dish) this is missing from the lamp I purchased. Also no spare bulb. Very disappointed, purchased as a present which I am now unable to give.

I already have one of these lamps and really like it, however when I received this one, one of the balls where the bowl sits had fallen off, However I glued it back on and it was as good as new.

Beautiful as a lamp especially with the 3 different brightness settings but as a wax melt it doesn’t seem to get as hot as a candle. It will melt the wax melts eventually but you don’t get the same level of aroma

Gorgeous !! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the bulb went within a couple of days .. however I had read in the reviews this happened quite a lot and they did provide a spare bulb so no major issue. Replacement bulbs are very cheap to buy also.
